I'm sorry, but no. It's not nearly that bad. I farmed up in arms off and on for a good decade before I finally got my kraken club from the box. It took me about two months when malignance was brand new to get the set of 5/5 from lillith, and I farmed it on very easy on thief with TH 8. It took me a good 400 - 450 kills to get my malignance, and I'm sure some of the no drops were because I was solo so I couldn't see duplicates of some of the pieces. This was back when the lines to enter the bcnm were 25 - 30 minutes regularly, so I'd queue up and then watch something on youtube while I waited to enter. The amount of up in arms I did over the time span it took me to get it was probably double what I spent on malignance, and I only got one drop there.
Nothing is kraken club rarity. There is a reason it sells for max gil nowadays. |

Hello, i would like to know if this is possible to remove all the bars, but just keep the target bar on.
I tried to set them to false in the bars.lua but it do not change anything. Also i dont seem to find any command through the help menu.

Tachi: Enpi -> Viper bite when thf got SA at lvl30.
Distortion, and with SA and a decent thief, enough to outright kill lvl30 XP mobs.

I remember back then i had this dream of being surrounded by 3 hot naked manthras.
They were menacing, seemed like they want something from me.
Despite the dangerous situation, I calmed and started to think:
“No, something is strange. This cant be real. It must be a dream”.

I haven't had a good, memorable dream in a few weeks. I've had a few FFXI related dreams here or there, that had me waking up thinking, "That's not in the game..." and then I forgot them. I forgot to mention that I was pretty tired & sleep-deprived, so it was a very deep sleep |

Oh, they'd be fine for the Japanese base, but players on other continents will run into that pesky issue of the monster not actually being where our client says it is.
For the record, there's no difference between Japan/US in terms of "my character isn't where my screen shows it", IME. You still need to lead mobs to auto-attack them and can die in absolute BS places, miss your allies with buffs, etc.
I know this is a commonly held belief, but it's an absolute myth TBH. |

What every responsible DD would do, sack pull as many camps as possible asap while making sure to stay outside of the WHMs cure range. Just mind to fall the right way so that your index finger points towards the healers while mortis kicks in.
You know what? I'm just going to starting asking people "Who's mule are you?" right off the bat. |

The amount of people that still don't understand that vanilla client can't simply ranged WS without engaging first..
"But why are you engaging that mob before you leaden it?! Just fffff leaden it!"
Then someone has to explain that (a) that's a GS thing and (b) that player is vanilla they can't do that.
Also the screams will be heard.. very far.. if that ever gets removed.

That said... I'd love to see more fights that expect a bit more engagement than just "hit button when gauge is filled, turn if you see this in the log." Honestly even something as simple as "it has DT-90% against magic and attacks, DT-50% against skillchains, and DT-25% against magic bursts" would be refreshing.
That kind of variety is something OG Limbus had that was lost in the update. Pure speculation, but with how modern limbus mobs get level/stats assigned on pull, SE might be able to add selectable(or randomized) pathos effects or run modifiers for more challenge in the future. Probably not... but we can dream, yeah? |

The innocent way to do the auto-detection-when-getting-into-range is to monitor incoming NPC Update packets (0x00E). You get one of those anytime a mob pops in your render range (50 yalms), then for anything they are involved in thereafter (spawn/despawn, hp change, movement, claim/unclaim, etc etc). The zones are really not that big and you'll still get a steady stream of updates. |

The most space I'd have is maybe some trust ammo or SE bringing back slightly lesser used auxiliary weapon variety . Eg thf on crossbows/guns . BLM scythes with trust+, and so forth that can be stored in porter slips
