Can apply similar logic to blus debuffs, atleast ones before 99 as most of the 99 and later spells have a "modest" 3 min duration(usually) prior spells last 1 min ~ 1:30, maybe the odd 2 mins

And the ones at 3 mins usually cost a fair bit to cast be it mp or spell space

RDM can do a 10+++ minute Haste 2, and I'm probably not even maxed out on enhancing duration gear.

Also theres one small caveat that if something removes that AoE Haste 2, theres no way for the BLU to put it back up on everyone.

When in doubt, SCH solo VD it out. Just Helix dragon and boss, die and abuse DoT on zombie. Almost every month is easy month. Can bascally take 4-5 leeches.
For this month just Hydrohelix Dragon then swap to aurorastorm and Fusion boss really quickly then burst Luminohelix. Then die asap so he doesn't put the regen move up from aura.
Should die after 2 times then can easily kill the rest. About 10-15 min VD solo, trust tank makes it slightly easier and more breathing room.

At this point there are so few BLU buffs that they might actually have an easier time simply boosting the duration of all spells to at least 5 mins.
Doubt anybody would complain.
