It's because of the FFXIV crossover thing. Shadow Lord is a thing that FFXIV players might be familiar with from the first set of raids. I'm assuming Kam'Lanaut is something they'd see in the second set. So they're laying down both the Shadow Lord and Kam'Lanaut special events three times this year, and they've said so... I think every single time they made an announcement about either of those this year?
They've also said that the curator moogle's going to be around to hand out related items each time, and so far we've seen the same items available for Shadow Lord round 1 and 2, no reason to assume it'll be any different for blondy slumperton.

I haven't bought beef in months, prices are outrageous. I can sub in ground turkey for my Mexican dishes, but otherwise it's just chicken. Ground turkey tastes like sadness No but it doesn't taste like beef. For that mater it doesn't taste like turkey either. I can make tofu taste more like meat than ground turkey ever will. |
