True, but unfortunately, they do seem to keep their built enfeeble resistance. I tried tri-boxing the RDM and got it down to 35% before I ended up wiping due to its Silence resistance being built up too strong to where I could no longer land it. I brought assistance from my linkshell and pulled it with Stymie Silence, but the Silence only lasted 5-10 seconds before it wore off, making it pretty much immune to Silence for the rest of its lifespan.
If you come across any BLUs and RDMs, I would recommend not Silencing/fighting them unless you have a group capable of killing it in no more than 3 Silences or you'll make them harder for everyone else.

I'm not opposed to it, I'm just not sure how to accurately track that yet, short of doing a full double climb every night to count how many NM's remain.

Would likely want addon based logging of said data as well, rather than relying on my own fallible human eyeballs.

Gather up your data for your own server and find out.

Aggregated data across all servers will give you an average from fewest NM kills to most. You don't know the rate of increase per NM kills either way, it changes nothing.

C) The bodies were buried 29 years ago, not 100+

Across our partial alliance last week every run was between 40% and 60% people obtaining matter. I get that 8 runs is not enough to pinpoint what the drop rate is, but it IS an unlikely run of luck if the actual chance is 25%.

Even so, based on the lack of drops others in this thread have reported, I think SE needs to change how the system works.

In terms of "easy to do", they could make the first chest 100% every week, and add a low(5%) chance for personal pool matter when you kill an NM.

The climb setup isnt the same as your NM setup.
Im not neutering my climb setup and tacking an extra 30++ minutes onto it just to be prepared for NMs along the way.

Reintroducing any form of EXP, Exemplar or what ever loss that results in deleveling is so beyond me at this point. I don't buy a larger amount of real players wanted this. RMT on their gazillion alts, sure (it doesn't affect you™) but you can't tell me a reasonable amount of real players, a hand full lunatics aside, asked for this.

There are probably some low level drops that no one bothers farming that will sell if you do. Most likely either materials needed for things in the Escutcheons quests. Specifically, you can look at materials in the Kit recipes that are not available from NPCs. For example: WW kit 90. Coeurl Whiskers do not come from NPCs, nor does ancient lumber (but you can't farm that directly), but you can from Petrified Logs.

Similarly woodworkers need to make aquariums, one of the ingredients is glass sheets and you need lots of Silica to make those and that's a farmed only item.

Its going to be hard to just do 1 item repeatedly but if you put some of this stuff on AH someone may by it, I gave you a couple examples but if no WW are working on a shield might not be helpful and clicking through all that stuff can be tedious, a more sure bet is maybe try shouting and and see if any crafters need anything. People skilling up or working on shields may needs a fair bit of hard to find items, and are likely to be grateful if they don't have to do it themselves. They'll probably tell you what they're willing to pay ahead of time.

The NPC will tell you what level your graces are at if you ask them about graces.
