I cant remember the source, but I remember seeing somewhere (may have been here a couple days ago) someone posting how Youtube will auto-AI translate videos based on the viewers location without the authors approval.
By . on 2025-09-09 16:01:44
If this becomes a trend, I wont even need to try speaking in english when I start creating my videos.

Gonna let AI do its job.

Sleep with this, AI haters

Nothing particularly complicated.

You're gonna lose the case, at best you hope for a slip up and a technicality, but chances of that are gonna be small. You're out $2m to Nintendo, why add legal fees for a losing case on top of it?
That calls for out of court settlement not for posing as a fool. And even then you want a lawyer.
By Pantafernando on 2025-09-09 14:51:25
Actually, *** tend to be even more *** when they feel like they are right

In June of this year, Nintendo filed additional lawsuits in U.S. courts to further intensify the crackdown. One of these complaints targets Modded Hardware and its alleged operator, Michigan-resident Ryan Daly, who’s also known under the alias “Homebrew Homie”.

Nintendo and Daly were no strangers at the time. In March, Nintendo threatened Daly with a lawsuit; both parties agreed that the allegedly unlawful activity, which includes selling MIG devices and modded consoles, would stop.

That didn’t happen, however, so Nintendo sued Daly at a federal court in Seattle instead.

Probably should've stuck by that agreement.
lmao so Nintendo told the dude "pls stop or were gonna have to pursue legal action", guy agreed but didnt follow through, so Nintendo pursued legal action.

And I'm supposed to believe Nintendo are the *** in this case??

He should have hired a lawyer.

I don't even think most lawyers represent themselves for their own personal legal issues. I can't imagine how someone without real legal experience thought they'd stand a chance against a company like Nintendo.

Would be like if I was gonna fight Mike Tyson. He's gonna obliterate my ***. Why would I go out and hire a team of personal trainers so I last 1 punch instead of without training, lasting... 1 punch

I was randomly looking at the old elemental staves and found a weird pattern where Light Staff appears to sell more (and at a higher price) and the HQ version Apollo's. It looked like this was the case on a few other servers, so it's not just a random anomaly from a low-pop market.

Does anyone know why that might be the case? Other elements don't seem to have that quirk.
By Eiryl on 2025-09-09 13:24:15
You don't fight nintendo. You bend over.
By Pantafernando on 2025-09-09 13:20:16
He should have hired the best lawyer possible to go against Nintendo.

We know how aggressive is Nintendo to protect its IPs.

Even if it is something questionable like Palworld, but they have enough lawyers to either win or to exhaust any other not big enough

I'm taking a stab at it with Locus imps, some surprising results. Will post with more data.

If they merged all 10 people on shiva with all 8 people on lak there still wouldn't be enough to fill the zone. Relax.

If/When SE incentivizes or forces people to move, I hope they make smart choices for collaboration. What if the only the thing SE changed about Einherjar was that every person in the party gives +1% Ichor? (6-man party, +5% Ichor. 18-man alliance = +17% Ichor)?

...or is that too much?
It's not enough, because botters would rather lose the 11-17% from inviting anyone not in their party than have to pay attention.

I don't know how they fix it. I doubt redoing the entry is feasible, and the way they handled Limbus makes an alternative also seem impractical. Something like a placeholder reservation that has to be open to the public might be an option. IE: one zone of each tier is reserved for the public with a 5 min entry time. NPC hands out the entry lamp, and mobs don't spawn until lamps have been distributed for 5 min. Once the run ends, the 5 min timer starts again. This sort of thing wouldn't require as substantial of systemic changes, though it does require at least new menus and some interactions with reservation system.
Just delete it and add a new ilvl 145 version that has a minimum entry of 3 people and up to 18 people.

No entry requirements, no limit on entry, ichor for every kill, mobs respawn in 60s or less, DI style bosses pop randomly and give everyone on hatelist a key item when killed, move from floor to floor based on your key items and fight Odin with all 9.

Two updates after Einherjar II is released, release a special BCNM that allows you to fight Odin for the Elite Einherjar title because, oops, replacing the entire Einherjar system made that unobtainable.

(Honestly, if you put like a 60-hour reset 60 minute limit on it with 30 to 60 minutes of available time extensions, and had enough spawns for the players who showed up for it, that could be better than Coca-Cola Presents New Limbus. Ein was never much more than "fight the things" anyway. Hell, since the whole connected zone exists dummied out in the files, they could even make use of the space between rooms and make it feel like something brand new.)

Does Buuki rhyme with Dookie

I guess if you count Geno, Byrth, Myself that technically adds up to 2 "people"?
By Goltana101 on 2025-09-09 12:33:41
I hope you not counting me. I changed servers over a decade ago and never changed my name here. But there's still 2 people on Lakshmi, Byrth holding it down!
By Pergatory on 2025-09-09 12:30:59
Also keep in mind "Resist!" effectiveness is halved against NMs.

Amazing addon. Thanks for taking the time to make this, especially withe aggro list.

I had an issue with the aggro list and a request if possible.
The aggro list doesn't seem to be able to adjust the size at all. I tried changing it in the settings file and also tried looking through the interface but can't find anything. I use a 4k screen so it's just a little smaller than I'd like by default and would love to increase the size.

The other thing is it'd be great if it didn't show all the time and only showed when you had aggro. I couldn't find any ways to make it trigger only if something was on the aggro list or something like that.

Still usable as is and appreciate all the work that went into this.

I count 3 Lakshmi people in this thread! (I am a bot)

I'm pretty sure it isn't possible to hit 100% Resist

Iirc I tested this using Sang whatever and Resist Stun from Onca Suit.

Martel probably knows
