Iirc the DMG was a fixed % of the number of targets.
6 targets it did 105% of your current max HP,
7 targets it did 95% of your current max HP,
8 targets it did 85% of your current max HP.

I don't think you'll get the full 90. Salt Ramen is 5% Evasion, caps at 90.
5% of 1283 is ~64. Popoto would cap at 10%. Personally would just use Rustic Fish, if you stocked up on some during the Green Festival

I agree with always capping DT and sacrifice some evasion to accomplish this. I personally would find a way to fit HQ Turms hands at the very least (and maybe also feet) into the set, as a way to further mitigate physical damage that "gets through" when evasion check fails. Self-healing on physical parries is useful, and the added Regen is not-nothing (+13/tick Regen if pairing both with Rustic Fish, can stack self-Regen IV on top of that). Null Mask is 4 less evasion and offers better physical defense, as well as idle regen and -10 DT. Futhark Coat +4 sacrifices a little evasion and a hefty amount of HP for more Idle Regen, DT. But you can cover the HP loss with a Gelatinous Ring+1 instead, which adds PDT as well. |

I think the purpose of an "eva tanking set" should be that to reach the max possible evasion WHILE also capping DT.
If you focus just on evasion and get "just" 34% DT like on the first set, I'm not sure if it's gonna be worth it.
Keep in mind Evasion caps at 80%, meaning even with a gazilion of Eva you won't be able to evade more than 80% of the blows thrown at you.

you'd be limited to a 75 seconds cooldown It's 75 seconds for Repair, 60 for Manteinance. Can be brought down to 60 and 45 respectively with merits.
With AF+3 feet, Repair ALSO removes up to 3 effects.
Maintenance just removes 4 and that's it.
Now... I don't know if the list of removable effects is different between the two, I tried to dig on wiki but it's not clear honestly.
I seem to recall neither of those 2 JAs removed Doom but I could be wrong.
Either way even if it does, 45 secs sounds like it's not enough if you ask me. |

lullaby didn't trigger anything I wanted to use elegy but there was so much reports of debuff stigma I didn't want to chance it
I will say it's really hard to tell on the boss what the aura is they look so similar to me.
I also don't think umbra or radiance count
So if this is true keep this in mind if you are using the ninja katana. I'd still use it because the radiance or umbra dmg is worth it otherwise.
The crit part seems to be very apparent on the mammools because the weapon break mechanic but the shagin makes me wonder.

I couldn't find a good one for fusion in the moment
Hotshot/ sniper shot > chi did way more than I wanted it to
For darkness the easiest I found was just
Hi > Hi
Light was shun shun or savage shun or Kamu shun
Make it easy on yourself, the answer to all of this is Kikoku(/Yagyu):
Metsu > Metsu = Darkness
Metsu > Shun = Light
Yagyu for hate and to keep everyone alive
For crits:
Tauret/Gleti's Knife in the below set puts you over 100% crit rate without Rogue's Roll (I use JSE+2 neck instead, also swap your offhand to reset TP to maintain 100% crit rate).

But if you're getting Rogue's Roll and want to be lazy, just keep Kikoku on. Seriously, it's busted in this fight and puts out faster and more consistent damage than Heishi spamming 5-step, especially on mega boss. Boss can never get Mijin Gakure+ off if the NIN is alternating light and dark skillchains, and his Utsusemi San is not enough to interrupt SCs.
Migawari for Mijin Gakure+ (boss will never get it off if nobody interrupts your SC and viruna/slow is removed, but a failsafe just in case)
Ninja can solo this entire fight by himself, no exaggeration (if everyone else just hangs back or dies and the WHM casts Viruna on you). I have done over a dozen VD runs as NIN (whether tanking the entire set of mobs or just a crit DD/self SCer), and I have never lost. Don't bother doing SC method for the adds, just crit set and then kill when aura wears off. For MNK Sahagin, if you are NIN tanking, save Issekigan for Hundred Fists.
Second straight NIN month, and Kikoku is absolute KING in this Ambu.
Tried it after seeing this post - very fun fight for Kikoku Nin. Got M.Kris earlier in the week so used that to quickly get crits |

tips for surviving timber

whm thats johnnie on the spot w/ curaga
most importantly, if you're doing zerg method is that the DD's tp and ws set stay within 100 hp. same as the caster casting/idle set needs to come w/ in 100 hp.
what tends to happen is peoples idle/tp sets push hp 300-500 over casting/ws sets and it ends in deaths. whether it be from not having that 250 hp on that stupid moonbeam you swapped to on idle or unlucky mid cast when timber goes off.

I pulled the cord to do the whole personal library after half the movies we watch fell off of any service just out in limbo This past xmas the family wanted to watch xmas movies and I went to put them on and had a hell of a time for over an hour... We've had a ps5 for over a year at that point and I had no idea it didn't have a feature the *** ps3 did well... and of course the movies we wanted to watch either weren't available to steam or were on obscure nonsense we didn't have. Get so tired of hunting ***down, I'll just self host. |

I think Thorny has mentioned plex a few times positively, too. do you find yourself watching more with everything in one place? looks like it has evolved quite a bit, all I remember was someone shared their library with me one time that was just a bunch of stuff they downloaded elsewhere. I need to do some tweaking with it still but do like being able to stream to the TVs easier. Sub support isn't as great as I'd like it and some things just error playback. |

When I first cleared Mboze on v15 we couldn't survive Timber with only 6-7 targets. So what we had to do was have BRD + GEO, maybe another? use a Poseidon's ring to summon Water spirits to absorb the Timber damage at all times which allowed us to reliably survive it. Obviously this is redundant now with TP denial strat being a thing.
I had an idea back when V15 Mboze was a thing, right around the time we were doing Rampart resets, Soul Enslavement sub 25%, and praying to RNGesus for no Tiiimbeeer. It was using DRG with a sword and his wyvern and BST with a pet (killer instinct) and just soaking up the damage. WAR BST+1 DRG+1 BRD COR WHM is 8 bodies, and you should be able to survive Tiiimbeeer every time. But yeah, TP denial strats made that idea obsolete. |

MNK's natural high HP allows it the freedom to use less tanky pieces like Ryuo+1 head and Adhemar gloves +1. Still a 50% DT set and sports like 84% Kick Rate, 26% Double Attack (with /WAR), 24% Triple Attack, and 64~68 Store TP. That's a pretty busted set, and Chakra can cover you for the brief minute you're going to be running Footwork+Godhands build. That set is actually a masterpiece if I'm being honest.

Do know that Ludoggy had like 36000 before he went dark or something close to that (just on his server linked main. He had even more across his alts). Maybe a little more, maybe a little less.

oh interesting, that system had so much potential. I was given the game for my birthday and trying to finish hollow completely again for refresher before I jump in since it's been like a decade-ish
it seems there are different categories for charms now? still need to play more - it's fairly difficult so far without much in the way of upgrades so hopefully will do some exploring and get stronger this weekend cos i get rekt easily still. |

It's death though i think its only certain kinds, puppets likely best use would be as a healer and i cant really call it a good use tbh |

Twice this week I saw a video being taken down in less than 10 minutes since its publishing.
Maybe indeed something changed in Youtube controls. Obviously there wasnt enough time for a human to verify it so it is a bot that detect some type of content and take it down.
Kinda annoying I couldnt finish watching those videos, they both are from channels I like a lot.

IIRC on difficult and very difficult he kills your trusts very quickly so normal is probably the highest you can go if you have to rely on those.
Have to agree with buukki. If I'm not mistaken pets are immune to either death or doom, I think it was death? I don't know if PUP can even remove doom from his pet but even if he can with repair you'd be limited to a 75 seconds cooldown and as buukki mentioned shinryu sometimes spams that move back to back so you'd rely on luck.

The Limbus NMs seem to have low Accuracy, or maybe it's just comparable to their (low) Evasion stat. I'm not sure if it was capped, but so long as a Sabo'd Blind II was on, a RUN with ~1200 EVA was seeing frequent misses on autos (not parries, misses). Even WSes like Asuran/Shackled Fists and Hexa Strike were whiffing entirely or doing sub-1k damage even with Battuta down (as opposed to 2-3k immediately after Blind dropped without me noticing). Compared to how little DEF apparently does against these, stacking evasion seems to be the best way to survive. very nice, what NM was this against? i would assume some of the NMs like mnk, drg, etc will be harder to evade. |

I believe it's affected by SDT (Rampart / Valiance worked iirc)
And I believe it's player's HP divided by the number of players it hits. I want to believe it starts off at like 150% of players HP / no. targets hit.
