I seem to recall from the previous time this was around, that GEO debuff bubbles do NOT proc the boss, but I could be wrong.

Also keep in mind that if the boss is sleeping from lullaby, you can cast all the magic debuffs you want, as long as they don't deal damage waking him up (like Dia, Bio etc).
For instance I think that landing Nocturne while he's sleeping is quite beneficial, gives you a few more seconds of zerging when he starts casting his wheel.

A while ago you could use a primeval brew outside the battlefield, then enter and solo shinryu on pretty much any job.
Now though...

Using Geo-Frailty on the (not sleeping) boss didn't trigger a counter for me, so I suspect the wiki/OP isn't correct here. He definitely did counter me once when I cast Dia II on him but bubbles don't seem to elicit a response on their own

Can confirm. Evasion songs did a lot more for me than minnes. Didn’t have a rdm for blind2 but the mnk was much more manageable than expected.

The Limbus NMs seem to have low Accuracy, or maybe it's just comparable to their (low) Evasion stat. I'm not sure if it was capped, but so long as a Sabo'd Blind II was on, a RUN with ~1200 EVA was seeing frequent misses on autos (not parries, misses). Even WSes like Asuran/Shackled Fists and Hexa Strike were whiffing entirely or doing sub-1k damage even with Battuta down (as opposed to 2-3k immediately after Blind dropped without me noticing). Compared to how little DEF apparently does against these, stacking evasion seems to be the best way to survive.

If anybody killed any of the NM's on your server the week before, the box should be blue for everybody.

Actual chance to get matter from the blue chest is RNG that goes up based on the number of NM's killed the prior week.

They also said the first ever blue chest in each area should be 100%, but RNG after that.

Well it doesn't spawn all three boxes.

Basically I always register as Coyote Union, but often see like, "Bison Union has earned additional spoils!" and a box spawns for Bison Union and Coyote Union, but no one is registered to Bison Union.

Sometimes no additional union box comes at all. It's like totally random.

Right? The only time I'm glad I got spoiled on something earlier. Because at least it didn't get spoiled by a random post in RT on FFXIAH.

Most of them can be killed with Tank, Healer, COR, trusts. These aren't really R25 Gaol bosses or anything.

Easier to code it to spawn all 3 boxes no matter what than to add logic to check which ones were registered or not.

Everyone gets credit on the entire server but I agree its odd they pop at the same time each day.

On Asura they died fast too and people are barely organized.

Anyone know why in Campaign battles, random union boxes appear in spite of no one being registered to said unions?

SCH was also killed yesterday in Temenos, I believe it was in W7.

Note: He used Luminohelix 2 a lot (which was AoE as others have mentioned) possibly due to double light weather in Temenos. It'd be interesting to see if he uses Noctohelix in Apollyon. Stymie Silence lasted long enough for us to kill him.
