The only time i was able to confirm it worked was when i randomly used it while the mob was charging its tp move because it got interrupted.
I then tried to replicate it but the timing was always off.
The problem is that pet tp moves are not instant so it's virtually impossible (for me at least, i play legit with not a single addon) to use them _afer_ seeing the message that the mob is using a tp move.
Same applies to extirpating salvo's stun effect, it's a reliable stun, but by the time i see the message the enemy is using their tp move, it's already too late for me to stun it.
Back in the day when it first came out (and after understanding i needed tons of m.acc for it to land) Feral Howl was my "stun to go".

I think the amnesia from Tulfaire's doesn't last more than a few seconds (wiki shows ~5 seconds). It's probably wearing off quickly and then the mob is using it's TP move afterwards, so you never see it land or have effect. You also apparently can't contagion transfer certain status effects from Absorbing Shield (Amnesia is one of them)

Maybe try bringing a mob's TP to 3000%, stun it (or feral howl) so it doesn't use it's TP move (can use AATT to insta-stun it), then when it wakes up, Unleash > Pentapeck and see if the mob can act during that window. Chances are if it's landing, it would land under Unleash, and the mob wouldn't be able to act until Unleash wears off (or it gets a lucky TP move off before amnesia gets put back on).

Semi-related Q from newbie:

I gather pet magic acc is the ticket for lots of the "additional effect" statuses. I am particularly interested in pentapeck->amnesia however. I am so far unable to even confirm if it's landing, and when I try with my pet magic acc set I don't really see any difference. I didn't expect a chat notification about it, but mobs (tested both apex bats and VT jagil) keep right on using their TP moves.

The wiki suggests amnesia is a fire-based status effect so presumably it would stick better on mobs weak to fire, so might focus that next. Has anybody been able to verify this thing can actually land and do something?

Yeah, it's an old quirk that has probably been around since 2015

checkboxes on half the page cause it to reload and lose place so it makes it very tedious to mark things like assault missions.

Also notice some ninjutsu magic is missing

it pops up from time to time but AL gives SC properties to ele magic(possibly all offensive magic, i dont think anyones tried banish/holy)

Prior to this month where we had all nms killed on my server, had about 25% matter on 3k chests and 75% matter on 5k chests just to give some idea but of course can't say how many nms were defeated.

They already had/have queues, interruption as in actually not able to handle more players. Of course you would stop accepting new players in that case.

I've tossed the hands at least 5 times, and for whatever reason I seem to always get the from Gobbie Box or random Vagary when I'm 79/80 inventory slots. I use the feet for DRG because I jump a lot, but I've never once remembered to bring them along for WAR.

With that being said, I'm in the same boat as Lugado and only ever use jumps on WAR to fill the gap to get me TP for my next WS. Shedding hate and not feeding additional TP are small perks. I almost never use it otherwise, especially in fast paced fights. Better is better, so there's no arguing the increase on them.

Today my boss asked me why I was absent 2 days last month.

The reason was because I had a flu. Not a strong flu to justify looking for a doctor to get an attestation, but sufficiently dangerous to get worse if I had to spend 8h under company AC.

Given I do hybrid work, its not like I just didnt work, but I worked from home when I had to be at office.

This isnt a big deal, but those 16h (2 days) became a debt.so I would need to work extra hours at office to make up those hours I worked at home.

You know, recently I tjought deeply about this, and this is so wrong.

If I work those 16h at office to make up those losses, in practice itnwould be the same as working 2 days for free to the company.

It would only make sense working those extra hours if I simply didnt work at all those days. So, in theory it is my loss for working a day I supposely had to go to office.

I also had a large debt of hours in my last job. When I quit, they discount almost 2 months of works, despite I even worked at weekends in my last job.

All of this just makes more.malicious toward my work.

There is no reason to feel guilty if I spend like 1h at cafeteria or reading news.

The company wont think twice to discount honest working hours. So I shouldnt think twice to take my time not rushing things here

For what it's worth, according to what SE said, the 5k chest always has a higher rate of matter (barring your server killing 0 nms and having a zero drop rate on matter of course). And at a certain number of nm kills, it becomes 100%. They didn't specify how many, but obviously 100% kills does reach that threshold.

What service interruption? You mean queue lines and congestion?

Do other MMO's offer refunds when there is congestion? Did Blizzard offer refunds when players couldnt log in to WoW due to congestion? Did SE offer refunds when players couldnt log in to FFXIV?
