Someone on the JP side of the OF is reporting that they cast Temper II at 725 enhancing, then took off the new torque and cast it at 705 enhancing and were able to overwrite it, suggesting no potency increase, and presumably a cap of 700. Can anyone else confirm this?
Similarly, if that cap is present, can someone check if it's present for enspells as well?
While I'm on the subject too, since aquaveil gains effects at 301 and 501 enhancing, has anyone tested 701 enhancing with it? I realize the question is academic as even a master level 50 rdm with the new torque would have to sacrifice aquaveil+ gear to hit 701, but I'm curious if it's been tested.

(Specifically FC goes on idle capes really well, to be fair. It comes from the Dye, which doesn't give meva or mainstats or -DT, so unless you need pet haste it's free. It's not like needing SIRD from Resin or something where it might just be -1 inventory slot.)

Neck is literally the best non-main slot for FC!
(without significant sacrifices - I certainly do have a FC cape for Bard, but you're giving up WSD/STP/DA/DW/MAB in that slot, and lol at Weatherspoon Ring / Medada's Ring)
Yeah, it's the best if you ignore the 7/16 slots where it's not the best!

Some people have had issues with personal domains too, but again, ragns can and will take care of it if you give him a heads up. It's really not that deep.

My gym just rose their price over 70 dollars. Amazon is removing no interest financing, what else is next a netflix price hike? How can they keep doing this over and over, and then tariffs on literally everything you buy. Its not been this bad in a long time. How can they keep doing this over and over? Its EASY! It would be easy even if every form of consumer protection hadn't been drowned in a bathtub. Just raise the prices on everything and blame someone or something else.
As for netflix, there will be more tiers with commercials and more expensive commercial free tiers.
Does the great recession count in that long time? No one could afford anything and prices STILL rose. Not as fast as this year but IMHO you have to factor unemployment in.
We might be heading for that tbh, I'm seeing some scary things going on with a lot of different markets and peoples spending habits. It's going to reach a bursting point soon I would think. |

You guys really aren't thinking horizontally enough. There are dozens of items they could make. Off the top of my head:
Rings with enfeebling magic effect
Feet with move speed (or any slot). Pick jobs of your choice
Earring with meva, pet stats, etc.
Ammo with meva
Weapons with unique stats like crit damage, affinity (for cures), or anything like what the bonanza weapons have
New grips are easy, there are basically dogshit options right now.
Necks with conserve MP, fast cast (current options are mostly bad or limited jobs), quick cast, or TP necks for jobs like WHM, SMN, GEO (and others) whose best neck right now is like...lissome (sp)
Snapshot rings, earrings, belts
Rapid shot also
There are probably hundreds more ideas i can't think of right now. There are more sets than TP and WS, and 22 jobs...

This month has been poop for drops : o.. i usually get a pulse or two, but this time around I've seen nothing but forefront/homestead weapons, bee spathas, multiple king makers, and endless brass and lentus grips.

You can/should use Equipviewer to easily identify what set you are in at all times. That would almost immediately tell you what is wrong.

WotG overall was a weird ode to midgame (xp spots people never used) I enjoyed Nue tower in Glacier [S]. Only problem was you had to pass by Taurus to get there so not everyone was patient enough to make it. |

Caught all of the fish at Fisherman's Heart (164 total) and nothing new happened. No rank up to 9 still. I had hopes though.
I'm curious if we're also including obtaining the glowy rods. Its been awhile
I already have ebisu rod +1 so I don't know. |

Precast.WS or precast.WS[Seraph Blade] is changing you main hand, sub, or ranged weapon as mentioned above. Check your lua.

Last time I tried to register on BG my very anonymised email address was "not accepted".
It looked distinctly like personal email addresses were required, which made me wonder why an ffxi wiki site would require its users to use personal email addresses to sign up.
I still don't have an account on Bg because of the email validation.
ragns has to approve a lot of them manually because bg, much to people's surprise, gets a lot of spam/ddos traffic.
a variation of this message gets repeated every other month when someone asks why they couldn't make an account.
