Seems like they wiped out the non-HTBF drops from the rainbow chest, replaced them with Impish Box (silver voucher fallback), and probably changed the relative rate.
I haven't seen anyone get one of the "good" HTBF drops from this like Null Masque or Crepuscular Cloak, though. Malignance Box is maybe the best yet? lol

Most valuable thing I got was a light cluster, until I got an Impish Box today. Obviously I got the non-sendable Impish Box on a lv1 mule that has never left town, sooooo garbage.
Saving up 10 keys now to get a rainbow chest and hopefully get something out of it.

Think SE wanted people making 15 lv1 1 / using their lv99 trove mules to have a 100% chance at ultra rare stuff?
I'm trying to say that I think SE messed up the translation. I think the increased chance of HTBF gear comes from FES Gobbie Keys individually, and the Rainbow chest is simply an extra bonus. |

OK, so yeah, Gaese Fete torque from the 10th chest.
I'm really leaning towards: FES Gobbie Keys are ANV Keys with an increased chance towards HTBF drops ..and the 10th/Rainbow chest is mostly an impish box but can also be anything else :/

My first FES key gave a regal necklace. This makes me think these FES Keys are more like #ANV keys. Also, another impish box.
Part of me thinks the Impish Box reward is set too high...anyone feel like opening a bug report to see if it gets put as "Working as intended"?

When I did it I had 5 other characters running and just self up voted myself! There's a time limit on it, but it's not that hard.
If you don't have other accounts, just ask ls mates
Are you able to thumbs up the same message? I heard of people doing a message few minutes before JP midnight and thumbs upping the same message 6 times. No idea if that counts. I know some ppl love to send warnings and mute just for saying good morning.
Since you have 10 minutes to thumbsUp a message, I can totally see this working (Up'ing the same message 6 times and it still counting). |

Is there a way to move the hud in the lua? I looked in the lib file but didn't see any x y positions i could change. I have a new setup and it's appearing offscreen. Thanks in advance!

Yeah it's not like there hasn't been a hiatus before, and as Lili says, it's not like we're owed anything. I just posted the question because I was looking for some of his icons for a separate add-on so I wouldn't have to draw myself (which I can, but if it exists...) and wasn't sure if he ever posted them.

It's not that I don't think ballista titles don't count for anything, but more that they're only worth points for your account while you have access to them, which means after a week you lose their value again anyways as they're no longer present in character data. So while one of them might be the small bump to push you over a rank, when you lose it again it would likely derank you like people who deranked when they gave up campaign medals.
My addon should automatically update titles you've lost since last update when you talk to bards, which should note things like the ballista titles or exclusive/bugged ones (it will record it while you have it, but when the NPC says your data no longer has it, will update to remove it and log that).

Also, we have made an assumption that ephemeral titles (like Ballista ones) do not matter. I think that probably isn't true, at least for the bugged titles, because I ranked up previously when I got Fulmination Disrupter.
