Ballistager title confirmed received after ballista herald makes you turn back in your chevron KI after a week of inactivity
So rook buster and ballistager probably the only permanent ballista titles available (aside from the two ballista royale ones that aren't available anymore)
necro quote! Has anyone else got the "ballistager" title? could you share how you got it? I just turned in my gold chevron and didn't get this title, although it was 2 vanabouts ago when I actually got it so maybe I'm handing it in too late?

It would assume multiple 99s with capped skills and spells etc home points trusts guidbooks all the basic ***youd assume a real player to actually do
Not a one job mule, plus a new character wouldn't have many days accrued.
I got rank 3 just from making one aeonic (and the associated missions) roughly... it was like 5 years ago.
I have 3 Aeonics, a Relic, all jobs 99, 10 jobs mastered, all home points/books, combat skills capped except the ranged attack ones, and about half of the magic skills capped on that same char. Still rank 3. Only 122 days playtime though.
Finally got around to cashing in all of the imprimaturs on hand. Legend in all coalitions was not enough to push this char to rank 4, but when I finished the Mog Garden questline, it gave rank 4. |

Don't use a word doc. Load the addon, talk to the 16 Title NPCs and it'll create it for you. You can also get an accurate count of how many titles you have. I got Rank 8 at ~880 titles, but if you got it at 800 (we could theoretically isolate what the trigger for ranking up is).
I'm an ashita v3 user. Maybe I'll try v4 or windower that works for the plguin, but I'm lazy and don't play all that much. haha.
Titles should be on the Selbina bard. Also the Fish Ranking NPC should tell you how many times you achieved each rank.
Hmm, crap. I could have sworn I won it. My friend even blogged about it on his, ugh, livejournal at the time. It was close to when it was orignally released, so maybe my memory is just dust now. Thanks! |

Yeah seems like rss feed is broken but they still manage to publish it to the website. Curious what the RSS actual is used for but their whole stack is dated and strange for the website.
Japanese websites are great. I really wish we would go back to web 1.0 designs. |

You're probably right. I think things are pre-placed too ...but only discernable server side.
In my case, the best occurrence (which is also my rarest), is when you have 1 ITG on the floor opened already and 3 chests remaining. You have a 2/3rd chance of witnessing chest 9 convert to rainbow or prism, followed by a terminal coffer, which can also be ITG. However, post-12/10 update, I encountered this situation again but with the added possibility of 2 ITGs being on the floor. So, this means that 3 ITGs are 100% possible, and 4 ITGs are theoretically possible (2 ITGs on the floor, last chest converts to rainbow for ITG#3, and finally, the terminal coffer returns ITG#4.)
I am jealous you've been able to track to that conclusion x.x.
I've been tracking my trove luck for the past 8 months, and it's... not great. Many tinfoil meltdowns. |

Missing a few things I need to work on

A few VD HTBF, Mimic, etc
A few Master Trials
Fishing Contest - I won it before and came in I think 3rd, but I don't see the old titles on the NPC. Weird.

1000 Moblin Mazes
2 Odyssey NMs I somehow never killed.
Airship quests... although I bet I'm not far off from the first since I used to do it when I was bored going to Kazham to XP back in the day.
I still need a stupid Cloud Evoker. I'm like 0/100+ on the weekly quests.
Got a bunch of Campaign Ops that I've been working on lately, but a pain. Pit Spiders, Brave Dawn, Cut and Cauterize... I don't feel like spamming alone anymore. hah.
And various other things I *think* I completed, but not positive. I have a word doc I've been working through. Re-doing some things I think I did that I can't verify via title npc. Kind of fun digging deep into all the content.

Those questions made me think SE at least thought about it

I have them all but its just tedious. It looks like BG is still missing item images and icons for all the new gear sets except Bravery and Clemency, plus a smattering of the cursed items. I know an incredible amount of new items were just added all at once, will there be another pass to get these remaining outliers uploaded? |

I kinda had the same issue a few months ago coming back to ffxi. I found something online, but it didnt work. completly wiping windower and installing the newest version did work though.

Finally got this guy to spawn. I lost count of the attempts.
It's been quite a while since there was a mention of PVP titles. Has anyone seen them count for anything? Not sure I should invest any time in them. Summoning★Star, Surging★Star, etc. I havne't looked into how grindy they are yet... good time to use old mule accounts during the free login.
