I must be missing something with this, what's the concern here when using a simple throwaway email?
Bgwiki refuses sign ups with throw away email addresses unless you go on some rando's discord to personally verify that email address.
Which makes it entirely un-anonymised, not throw away, and no I won't do it. |

Yeah that's pretty sketch. The way around it was to have signed up to bgforums before discord existed :P |

To be fair, its probably because of that idiot SpicyRyan chasing people off. He hasn't been part of the community for years, that's not a valid reasoning at this point. And to be quite frank, he was one of the last people who cared about keeping the wiki in order and updated in a timely manner. I'll be the first person to agree that he can be an idiot, but the quality of BG has absolutely diminished since his departure.
They also added ‘level ranges’ to Ody content when you select it similar to HTBM. Are you referring to the levels shown when selecting Sheol A/B/C/Gaol via the entry in Rabao? Those have always been there.
Have said this before, the email verification on bgwiki raises all kinds of red flags. I must be missing something with this, what's the concern here when using a simple throwaway email? |

Wait what I said the same thing, but I think he means there is an iLevel next to the Zone Name [ Sheol A (119) ] and not a Selectable Difficulty for each zone. Wasn't that there last month too? |

Ive been using more and more Github Copilot, and starting to love it.
Im even considering subscribing it for my personal use (company give us license, but makes sure no code will leak to personal repositories).
If I do, it will add for my Packt sub (for books), my CapCut sub (for video editing) and my chatGPT sub (for general use).
It is being one of the year ive been investing the most in me.
But I guess soonish will come that person saying

Our group that does super charge runs on Saturdays attempted MBoze and I was ML50 Beastmaster. The first attempt to P.Ooze MBoze went off just fine. I had to use Familiar and Unleash, but it landed after 2-3 Ooze's with the following set. (It was Firesday if that matters). Here's the set I used:
ItemSet 401333
Ambu cape is: Eva/MEva+20 Pet:(M.Acc/M.dmg+20 M.Acc+10 PDT-10 Regen+10).
However, on our next entrance into Gaol, it didn't land through multiple Ooze attempts in that 15 minute time-span. I used the above set with Unleash, then Familiar with no luck. Our RDM offered Frazzle 3 as well with no luck either.
With 2 minutes remaining, I tried the above set in a hail-mary attempt. I modified my set with Agwu's Axe (R0) and Hesperiidae (R30). My thinking was: "Maybe I need Pet: All Attr+30 to close the gap?" (but yes, Pet: Magic Accuracy-5 in comparison). In all of the attempts, I was engaged with my Pet, so Smite (Pet Magic Accuracy+50 was in the works here. I also used Rolanberry Daifuku for an additional Pet: Magic Accuracy+75.
...BUT it still would not land! Can anyone offer any insight?
I would like to focus on the MBoze fight without RUN if needed, but if it matters, we were attempting an MBoze > Ngai > Kalunga super-charge run. (We were reserving RUN/SCH/WAR for Kalunga to do Reverberation+Hydohelix II, which needs WAR's Tomahawk SDT to land effectively). Here is the chart I made to break-down what is possible (I'm continuously updating it with our findings, so any help is greatly appreciated).
Mboze needs Undaa Rayke to land P.Ooze, should update your notes to say that or something along those lines. I couldn't land P.Ooze without it to save my life. |

Arciela is necessary for Haste II with Sylvie.
Right now when solo I run Arciela, Qultada, Sylvie, Koru-Moru, and Monberaux. Haste is uncapped unless I'm on BRD, NIN, RUN, or GEO, but attack and healing are goodish.

On the bright side, we have contributors like Ligray and Staplerguy (Lightninghelix) who have been on top of the updates recently, as much as they are able to be. Giving me waaaay too much credit for "adding Abyssea locations for some Magian Trials and touching up some missions pages and updating item templates".
I just like things to be neat is all! I don't do the big stuff. Wiki formatting confuses and enrages me.

Hmmm… not a guide per se other than page 1. After you select an ability, then a bind for it, it’ll just ask you to press RT+A to confirm.

Even if you truly and honestly believe the AI is producing quality output without bugs, doesn't it bother you that anything you 'write' with it is trivial for anyone else to write as well?
Why should someone pay you a living wage to prompt if they can pay an Indian $2/hr?

Arciela definitely gets slept on by a lot of players. Constant fast Haste 2 (and she will over-write any regular source of Haste), good debuff use (minus Dia) has an incredibly strong AOE heal that can be used every 60 seconds or so, AOE MDEF+, can single target pro/shell if needed and she will spam instant Dispel on anything she can remove. The one and thing you have to mind is that she has an AOE Amnesia WS but since it doesn't do damage it won't interrupt sleeps or other CC. It also has a strangely high chance to actually land on most things so it is barely a downside at all.
Lacking Dia and getting you insta-killed in Sortie A / E boss are her only detractors.

This is the unfortunate effect of only having one person in the entire community who is able to run the tools. It seems like a lot of the current BG team has been inactive for awhile. On the bright side, we have contributors like Ligray and Staplerguy (Lightninghelix) who have been on top of the updates recently, as much as they are able to be. |

Excited to see what they come up with, but basic stats is the most boring thing possible so I won't bother for now. This isn't even for most serious hardcore players, because they mostly have mules and the geo trusts. I hope we get cool stuff like potency of buffs, durations and unique things like weapon skills or added effects.

W2 temenos spawned yesterday, again same alliance killed all 3 Nm's with minimal impact from outside players. Everyone in the alliance gained about 30% of a bar across all 3. One guy in the alliance pointed out its like each basement NM is rewarding the same progress as a fomor NM. Something def broken on buh server. Last ultima we only got 10% progress on a bar, now this. We did W1 a week ago and progress increased at a normal rate for that one.

One other benefit of Arciela is she will haste you regardless of job, King will do the same, but Koru will only haste certain jobs, (WAR, MNK, THF, PLD, DRK, BST, SAM, NIN, DRG, BLU, PUP, DNC, RUN) and flurry or refresh the others.
They all have their issues, I have much more issue with Kings insistence of bursting Firaga than I do with Arciela's amnesiaga which she uses much more infrequently.
Koru would be the absolute best... If he would haste my cor, but no he insists I require Flurry...
