Not super interesting, but 1 Expeditionary Force completion, got me the title "Expeditionary Trooper" and got 2 of my alts from Rank 5 to Rank 6 (1 has 297 completed RoE, and the other 300; However a 3rd alt with 340 RoEs completed is still at Rank 5).

Personally, I think RoE completion only matters by way of getting a title ...but might as well check the box now, right?

This statement is absurdly vague. No, 'certain interactions' don't trigger automatic flags. If the addon is implemented correctly, the server cannot distinguish it from a legitimate use. I've had automatic med buying from curio since the moogles were released and not been acted on. If that was the cause, it's likely his addon had errors.

Can you show the email? I never heard or seen a SE support email notifying you getting banned stating it can lead to further legal actions.

I don't know what the generic form email looks like, I just told you above what was in the ones I received.
If that's the generic one and you think it's up for interpretation it's your own view on things. I just read it differently.

Certainly not trying to convince you to reopen your Github or tell you how to live your life. Just want to be clear that if all you received was the generic form email, that's not a threat to close it and portraying it that way is very misleading to other people who've got addons on Github.

My guess is that either something you made sent inappropriate packets, you got inadvertently flagged for POS due to using tools like fastfollow or no-interrupt, or you botted for too many hours.

There's no precedent for being banned based on Github activity and the form email is identical for everyone I've spoken to regarding bans. I think you may have read too much into it; the language is generic and people who blatantly speedhack get the exact same email.

They didn't specifically ask about my GitHub, but that was my interpretation of the wording in the emails.

Again this was my only character and account, so I have no point of reference about other bans.

I don't think anyone is making a conscious decision to pay 2-3x as much to save the time trading. I'm pretty sure they assume it's 10x the RP and they're ok with paying a 25% markup. It's not like there are ingame notifications about the difference, it'd be a relatively easy mistake to make if you didn't look it up.
