If they were using the database on this site to *** player counts, that information requires AH transactions to count players. I highly doubt people are dumping stuff on the AH from all 15 mules.

OK, help me understand this line of logic then.
Player count is seemingly going up outside of any free to play campaign. That's cool 16 empyrean earrings, is pretty damn good bait, too
...and tricking people into posting beetle blood, phoenix feathers, damascene cloths on mules for bout objectives inflated the numbers
Plus. It's the best month for running mules through ambuscade for infinite gil. But really it's definitely not something even 5% do. It's a one percenter thing. 5% probably have 15 INactive mules, from when you could get 100 glavoid shells, waiting for that to come back.
IDK...It looks like you're saying the player counts are skewed because of this thing...that 1% of players are doing.
IMO, it's less than 1%. I'm sure there are some people who are logging in 16 mules every day, and doing AMAN trove on 16 mules, and doing Ambu on 16 mules every month...but it's not even remotely close to the normal experience.
Since it's such an outlier situation, it feels really strange, to me, to point to it as a reason why the player count would be high. It's like a rounding error in the grand scheme of things. |

If you look at some of the other jobs, down at the bottom Sel adds in buff state modifiers.
So if you wanted to have certain pieces of gear equipped when Valiance or Vallation are up, you would stick that in the sets.buff.Valiance and sets.buff.Vallation lines down at the bottom, I expect.

I really wonder how many people actually have 16 active mules. Either these forum members have an exaggerated opinion of the situation or I have a freakish sample size of friends in game. I think I know 1 person with 16 characters on their account. It might honestly be 0 though. It's certainly nowhere remotely close to the majority. Its the vast, vast, vast minority in my experience. |

So, I ended doing the damn rollback yesterday (from day 28 to day 9...). I have no salvation.
But now I feel like there wont be another chance for retries: my tendinitis pain is increasing more than I expected, Im actually worried it is something worse than tendinitis.
Gonna try playing with keyboard starting tonight. I feel the constant usage of the D pad is what resulted in this tendinitis. Maybe I can slowly recover if I change the type of load in my hands

Caught all of the fish at Fisherman's Heart (164 total) and nothing new happened. No rank up to 9 still. I had hopes though.
For synthesis/fishing skills, I wonder if it is an 'all or nothing' sort of situation where in order to get crafting-related experience to help boost up your rank you need to complete the category perfectly, i.e. crafting shield, all fish caught, synergy, choco digging maxed, plus the traditional crafting 110/subs 70.
Such a convoluted system. I've posted again on the JP forums asking for clarity not on what directly influences one's rank, but instead asked them to confirm what does NOT influence one's rank. Linkie. Vote me up on the last post! |

Byrth, can you tell me how far you went on unlocking Empyrean WS and Mythic WSes? (They each have their own quest marked as Completed). I've done all of them and still am Rank 7.
This is the kind of task a normal person would expect to count up to a certain number, like 5 out of ~20 Mythic WSes ...but this is SE we're talking about, so who knows?
I did all of them (WSNMs, Mythic, and Empyrean). I don't remember Empyrean WSs having explicit quests, though.
They've nerfed it significantly lately and made it really easy to get them, iirc. It doesn't matter as much now, but my hot tip there is to get dragon regain and slam out self-skillchains. You can use Wild Fire to unlock gun trial weapons in like 2 Azi Dahakas because it resists fire.
I knocked them all out a decade ago, but yeah, these are the kind of cheat codes I live for. xD
Also, Empyrean weaponskill unlocks aren't a "title", but if you trade the weapon in Walk of Echoes, via the Liminal Residue/Devious Die method, it shows up in your Completed Quests:
 Worth noting these quests show if you trade the real empyrean to get the weapon skill unlock. I only have 2 unlocked but one of them was with an actual Almace and it shows the sword quest here for me |

I mass create and sell accounts. I also mass farm and sell gil. It's not a secret, I just don't wave it around because it's disrespectful to advertise on a community site like this.

Not super interesting, but 1 Expeditionary Force completion, got me the title "Expeditionary Trooper" and got 2 of my alts from Rank 5 to Rank 6 (1 has 297 completed RoE, and the other 300; However a 3rd alt with 340 RoEs completed is still at Rank 5).
Personally, I think RoE completion only matters by way of getting a title ...but might as well check the box now, right?

This statement is absurdly vague. No, 'certain interactions' don't trigger automatic flags. If the addon is implemented correctly, the server cannot distinguish it from a legitimate use. I've had automatic med buying from curio since the moogles were released and not been acted on. If that was the cause, it's likely his addon had errors.
If the intent isn't to fearmonger, why PM the email instead of just sharing it openly? Obviously people can draw their own conclusions as to whether it's legitimate or not, but the whole thing just doesn't smell right to me. |

3 items from Moonbow+1, Sherida, Mpaca legs and Niqmaddu for SBII According to BG, the cap is 50 for both SBI and SBII for a combined total of 75, so you could use all 4 alleviating the SBI requirement by 5.
That is true, but usually it's pointless, because 5 is not enough to cap with one Kendatsuba+1 piece, unless it's a Kenda Body, but then Schere > Sherida. |

I don't know what the generic form email looks like, I just told you above what was in the ones I received.
If that's the generic one and you think it's up for interpretation it's your own view on things. I just read it differently.
And I'm not trying to mislead or scare anyone who's making addons, what benefit would I get from that ? I was already gone from this forum for months until someone poked me on discord about this.

Certainly not trying to convince you to reopen your Github or tell you how to live your life. Just want to be clear that if all you received was the generic form email, that's not a threat to close it and portraying it that way is very misleading to other people who've got addons on Github.
