:x Still enjoying myself. Just got myself raped by the Taurus demon. :< MY SOOOOUUUULS.
Trying to decide if I wanna go back and try him again or go a different route...
I was amused on my way there cause I've been checking a lot of the messages on the ground and my whole way up all I see is "PRAISE THE SUN!" and I'm like... wtf is that supposed to mean? XP
Praise the Sun are usually left in directions facing the sun, or in a location you can summon Solaire... or just random Solaire fans leaving Praise the Sun! everywhere.
Look, the merchants want souls, so they will sell anything they can find to you to get them. They however have no desire to give you the souls they already have for your junk.
There is an NPC later on that you can feed your stuff to for souls, however this NPC can be missed if you some how talk to the other NPC it's connected to, which makes the first NPC go away forever (if you talked to the first one the second one goes away forever).
It's not an option you'll have to face really, because the first one is so obvious that just about every player who didn't use a guide talks to the first NPC first, so you'll most likely get the NPC to feed stuff to for souls.
I know what I said is confusing now~ but you'll understand later. I just hate giving spoilers D:
The second NPC is for more advanced players anyways who have already beat the game before or multiple times.
I solo'd ornstein and smough and I sucked at the game so bad.
I only committed suicide once on purpose and beat it the second time...I had more problems beating the final boss...O&S however were very scary and it was alot of running backwards constantly.
speaking of merchants... spath, if it doesn't attack you first then don't attack it.
There was an NPC you passed or possibly met, or killed already, that is sitting down by a bunch of pots and stuff.
If you kill an NPC in this game they are gone for good.
I haven't killed anything that attacked me first... just seems silly to. >.>;;;
Pots and stuff... idk only npcs I've met so far are the one in the asylum, the first dude next to the bonfire after the asylum, some dude who wanted to teach me about miracles, and the merchant just now.

If you met a merchant in Undead Burg then that's the one sitting down.
You had to break a bunch of boxes tho reveal some stairs going down, etc.
I really gotta realize that I need to take this somewhat slow too. XP I die and then I try to rush back to where I was and it's just not a good idea.
The game wants you to do that so you lose everything.
You get frustrated cause you died, and you know that you should of done better, etc, and then you rush back to make up for time, and you die in a very stupid way.

I remember I spent one morning farming souls/humanity by dropping my summon sign for the vagina gaping dragon to buy pyromancy spells from blighttown... Decided on the way down I'd pick up the iron ring since I hadn't done that. Got it then otw back I walked off a ledge by accident. So I'm all whatever I'll just pick it up, left by guard down and got killed by *** dregs (not 100% sure on name).

This is what happens to me when I play it at 4am.
/gets to Anor Londo finally.
/rushes the double giants and is promptly smashed by shields

Gotta get in between their legs... if you know what I mean.

This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
