I don't know about that I was mainly talking about how it has Tex-Mex, Southern and General Cuisine Fine Dining which is kinda hard to find in other parts of the country.

Not entirely sure on that last part. For me though, yes there's a lot at stake, but it boils down to chili, and if you have noodles in your chili, you're doing it so very very wrong.

You're not wrong in that assumption. It's a sort of hybrid between the two, but it encompasses a lot of different takes on food, so it's hard to discern, sometimes. Many people would argue for instance that nachos are Tex-Mex because they were invented for American tourists right at the border between Texas and Mexico.

It's a hyrbrid of Texan and Norther Mexico cuisine, which is why it's so unique. Most Mexican cuisine you see in the United States is actually central or southern Mexican cuisine.

Oh yea it's healed up perfectly. I was a little worried that I would have a slight pain for a few more months but it was fine. It's time to get revenge on those stairs now though. Going to break them down and either buy a cement set or build a ramp for when my Gmom visits.
