There's like candied fruit or something like that inside, which I don't like
ah, i make mine with chocolate and almonds. effectively almonds held together with chocolate covered in chocolate. i thought that was how you made them aside from sometimes adding coffee too o.o

I *HATE* milk chocolate, it tastes so bad, at least here.
Dark Chocolate is so much better :< There's world of difference between all brands of chocolate. There's certain milk chocolate I don't like, while others I love.
I like no dark ones though cause I don't like bitterness.

Now, I'm not talking about straight bitter dark chocolate, but if I eat straight chocolate without using it in a recipe I much prefer dark because it cuts some of the sugar out. Again, not straight bitter dark chocolate, it's a balance thing with me. I will say that I'm not a huge fan of just eating plain chocolate, so I don't know a huge variety of brands but I do have some favorites.
