So, Day 1 I come in, getting to know the people, already had my entire staff hating me because I took the job from 2 people who wanted my job but couldn't handle it.

I'll call them Minion A and Minion B.

Apparently, there is a war going on in my office for Minion A or B to take CFO before I appeared. While it's not a fighting war, it's still causing a lot of ***going on, and now that I'm here, I'm feeling the force of both sides of it. I really want to say *** it all and fire the entire team right now, but I can't really do that because then I will have a new team that doesn't know the procedures needed to keep this company going nor would it look good to have an entire staff fired....

So, I have to deal with it, at least until I can fire them.

Day 2 started out ok, since I knew what was going on. But after reviewing the books, I find a little over $5 million dollars of "phantom income" (double counted income) and reported it to the CEO. Now not only do I have Minion A team and Minion B team (mostly A, because it was their *** up), now the CEO isn't too pleased to know that his company isn't doing as well as he hoped, since I cut his bottom line down to near zero. Possibly even giving them a loss.....

Not doing so well at the new job.............but they can't really blame me for their own *** >.>

Should have just gone into hedge fund managing like I recommended. Much easier, and better pay.

I'm not qualified for hedge fund managing. It requires a certain skill to *** those books up enough that not even CPAs will touch them.

(Seen and audited quite a few hedge funds in my day, no more!)

Qualified and being able to do it are two different things.

If some schmuck can fake their way through it, surely with an actual skill set you could do better.

Also, not my comment. All I said is that it's not the price that drives people away, it's the content. Why do something you already have completed again, and again, and again, and again, and again.

For me, at least with FFXIV, I'm finding the content fresh and exciting.

I recycle my one comment on my user page once a month or so. Or when the [-] gets to over 20.

That second part wasn't directed towards you, its to someone else who posts in this. I'm sure you have tons of different accounts you can post from but whatever, as if people want to hear you replies. It's fine that you are enjoying FFXIV, why does that mean you have to make negative comments toward XI though? Your comment really was unnecessary lol.

Nope, only one.

If you see it as negative. At first, it wasn't negative, just criticism, but as more and more people responded to me that required a response, it started becoming a little bit negative.

Just because it's not praising FFXI doesn't mean it's unnecessary.

Criticism goes a long way. If you still like FFXI, good for you, not my place to tell you what to play. Don't go attacking me for pointing out the obvious though, or my viewpoints. I did not attack you on yours.

On that note, I'm going to drop the subject if you are willing to.

It kinda was, because I wasn't replying to you at all or mentioning anything about FFXI other than maybe he should come back if he is saying that as its a cheap price. You just came out of nowhere to make that comment, probably to ruffle peoples feathers.
