Had a user call earlier "can't print, called the main help desk twice and they said they couldn't help" etc etc.


I look into it, finally get a printer name by looking at what they were trying to print to from the PC (gave me the wrong name) and I check the page for the printer, ***'s out of paper. This is why we can't have nice things!

i hate when you go to work and people shove ice cream and cake into your face. it's like, "yay 10lbs of sugar. i'd love to feel like ***in 30 minutes.". should have steaks instead.
