Most primals I've done with you. Zurvan you seemed to have far less problems.

Looking back, I often wish I was jilted.
That would be nice and simple and just resentment and bitterness to process.

I'm referring to possible outcomes for a relationship nerd, as in jilted compared to messier or annoying or complicated other options.

Toby: Adding in these tiny little bits, which either frustrate or delight gamers.
Koji Fox: Yes! Oh, yes... I do that!
Toby: I would love to know, is there anything you have actually put into the game that the community has not realised yet? Like, what is one of your favourite little secrets that you have actually got into the game that no one has caught onto yet?
Koji Fox: Oh wow, there is a lot of stuff. There is... I put in references.... I mean, a lot of pop culture references, that is something everybody knows. There are threads up on lots of sites, reddit, NeoGaf, that, you know, list up all of the pop culture references. I can tell you that they have not found all of them. There are a lot more of them, but...
Toby: Can you give a hint? I assume they are very abstract.
Koji Fox: I am not going to give any hints, no way. (Laughs) That is part of the fun!
Toby: Oh, you are not?
Koji Fox: That is part of the fun, finding all of them. But uhm... I think I have mentioned this a while ago, but I did sneak in my son Isaac's name. My son Isaac was born while we were working on 2.0, A Realm Reborn, and I was able to sneak in my son's name. Yoshida-San found out afterwards and he was like "WHAAAAT, I didn't approve that.... It's OK." But yeah, that's in there somewhere.
Toby: And now he is Final Fantasy lore.
Koji Fox: Yes.
Clément: Great achievement.
Koji Fox: It is a very, very minor portion, it doesn't affect the lore, but I thought it would be a cool thing. I spent a lot of time working back then, on 2.0, and it was really tough. Pretty much everyone on the Dev team was, you know, working on patches, the 1.X patches as well as working on the game, trying to rebuild everything. I mean, Yoshida-San touched on this on the stage. We had that rocky start and then going form there and rebuilding something, doing something that no other MMO had done before, rebuilding from the bottom up and having the support of the fans and being able to create something, we all put 150% into it. And at the time, having my son born, "Ok, do I focus on this, and then there is my wife and my son, what do I do? What do I do?" I spent a lot of time away from my son at that time because, again, I was focussing so much on this and I felt bad about that, and so, Ok, I need to have something to honour my son and say "Thanks for putting up with dad not being there for these first couple months while I am working on this", so I tossed his name in there.
