So, uh, anyone keeping up with whats going on with the global cat treat shortage lol?
Literally every store in the county has no turdball noms. All the friskies, all the temptations, even meijer store brand. Dood up at meijer said they might not get ANY cat noms for the rest of the year. No idea where he was pulling that information from.
Edit; Of course Amazon has em though

1, Our ports are backed up. Ships hanging around waiting for their turns to be unloaded.
1 A, Partially covid reducing the workers doing the loading and unloading, truck driving etc.
1 B, Partially massive increase in orders due to shopping online due to covid.
1 C, partially massive pileups at Chinese ports of stuff to be loaded. Added and abetted by 1 A above.
2, There is a container shortage worldwide. Too many sitting on ships waiting to be unloaded, ships not getting turned around fast enough, too many containers sitting at ports waiting on trucks to deliver them or ships to get loaded on.
It isn't just cat treats. Want to think about how many PS5s are in some of those containers? It isn't just China, do you favor European beer, wine, or cheese? Cheap clothing from Bangladesh?
It isn't just now and it isn't just covid. This started building 2 - 3 years ago and its coming to a head now.
