I used Vette on my Jug in tank spec. As a Marauder if you're not full timing the *** sucker.. I mean Quinn then you are going to have a hell of a time the last few levels.

He's a healer. he'll keep you alive somewhat longer then going dps companion. Set his bar on Medwatch and he'll dps inbetween healing cooldowns.

He's a Cunning based healer.
Cunning > Power > Crit > Alercy. Keep both his weapons upto date and he's pretty decent.
I'm gonna miss Jaesa (voiced by Rachael Leigh Cook... mmph), but the first thing I do when I log into my Marauder is switch to Quinn and get him some decent gear. That'll make soloing soooooo much easier. Thankie!
but i even tried swapping in C2 (since sents dont get their healer til around the end of balmorra-which is late 30s republic side) and that makes it even worse.
what also pisses me off is the people on the official forums who say that sent is perfectly fine and balanced... you just need higher levels and better gear and more skill than everyone else to succeed. i dont know about you, but that doesnt sound balanced to me.
Iro, I played the mirror to your class on empire. The balance is *** up. I did synthweaving. I always wore blue gear and best modable gear. As a tank some mobs just *** me up there was nothing I could do about it. 40+ the bleed / internal / dot damage is so HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE you can only sit there and stare in disbelief.
But that's ok. Once you're 50 and in full Rata gear it gets better! It's just 1-50 and the first couple weeks of gearing up that suck! /sarcasm
Really sony? PSP is giving me some dumb as rocks error code (won't connect to my account or PSN, but internet browser will work) so I go to the Sony support page, enter in the error code in their lookup thing and the *** thing is not there... REALLY?

Guess I'm using my own personal accounts towards that answer. My Marauder is... well, powerful but VERY squishy. But my Smuggler annihilates stuff without blinking twice.
