I didn't realize how much of a small dude I was until I started getting back in shape.
I haven't been about your weight in about a decade, was 150~ when I was 15, then shot up to 230, then down to about 190-210, then back up a few years ago when I started working nights, and haven't been able to get it back off, it also doesn't help that I barely do any physical work, and am lazy.
I was 150 lbs when I was 15 too. I peaked at out around 235 lbs when I was 19. I didn't seem to budge over the mark regardless of what I ate. I dropped down to 160ish in about 10 months. I didn't buy into any of the fad diet ***. I lost all of it by just watching my caloric intake.
I do cardio sometimes, but most of the weight loss was from my intake. I eat around 1300 calories a day.
ive cut back what i eat and not drink sodas etc but i havent lost much of anything lol i need to work out :P /lays around
The amount of willpower I've shown in the last year isn't something I knew I even possessed.
ill find some willpower later :P
Working out is nice, but if you don't burn more than you intake you won't burn fat. It's pretty hard to burn off the food you eat if you're overeating. Even in like an hour of cardio, you might only burn 200-400 calories. I just use working out to boost the deficit I already have from my diet.
something like i need to work out to build more muscles, then muscles need more calories while resting so i burn more while doing less and lose weight
I want to be the Hulk and Flash combined :(
Don't build too much muscle, or you'll get bulky. I don't know if you can accidentally get bulky as a girl though. You don't have all the testosterone us guys do. Testosterone is also why it's easier to burn fat as a guy though.

Fell asleep for about 30 minutes, something woke me, now I can't sleep. ffs! fffffffffffff

Yep, I bought two things because of that. The shipping is like $10 on top of that.
That's ridiculous. Why exactly can't they take orders under $23? >.> Milk dat cow!
I don't know, but I bought one of the smaller items to get it over 23.
Well, I will be passing.. I'm poor :/ I only have enough for 1 Q_Q

I don't have money either. I spend my student loan refund on stupid ***.
