I just like the taste of mozzarella. Though it does leave my mouth feeling a bit dry.

I would have at least used pizza sauce, but I don't even have any of that right now.

As for what Slip said... Ranch is disgusting. (Ranch flavored chips are the only one I'm okay with.)

You could even go straight up sans dipping sauces. Or... eh. I suppose ketchup could work. Or barbecue sauce...

Generally I agree that ranch is disgusting, I only like it on a few things (ranch chips don't count as ranch as far as I'm concerned) on cheese sticks it's only used VERY lightly. Like just 1/4-1/2 inch up for half the stick or so.

As for dry, yeah I can't do that. I can get one, maybe 2 sticks down without any sauce on them, after that the idea of eating another makes me wanna hurl.. Not sure why, I love fried foods and I love the taste of cheese sticks on their own. Even a minimal amount of ranch counters this and it doesn't really alter the texture so that's not it.

It's actually good. All you do is put cream cheese on it after the pasta's done, mix it in decently, then poor some ketchup on and mix again and eat.

my nephews thought it was gross til they tasted it. they request it all the time now

Its called Midnight Tides by Steven Erikson, I think I mentioned it the other week but I tend to take books on the slower side.
