depends on if you know what you are doing vs not... if you *** up with building it yourself you're going to end up paying for that mistake vs if someone else *** up ... it's their fault and they have to foot the bill.
When I rebuild my PC i'm getting a trusted friend to do it for me, he's obvipously going to charge me to do it but he is cheap as hell.

Not necessarily. You get what you pay for really. You can buy a cheap as hell system or build a cheap as hell system, but in the end it'll be just that, cheap as hell.

Prebuilt desktops (though customized) are worth it if you have no clue at all as to what you are doing and don't have anyone to do it for you for free or super cheap.

well my friend seems to know what hes doing but i have no idea lol :I just those best buy package deals seem so cheap :P then again i dont understand the internal stuff that much so bleh Dx
