That's not what I mean. If they're magical zombies that are just magically moving corpses, why can't they magically walk properly or magically run like the magically animated skeletons found in the same settings?
Besides, you can describe someone walking calmly in just as much detail as a zombie shambling along; you just need a reason for it, or it seems really pointless.

New page!

You know, instead of an invisible feature, why can't we just have a "hide from this person" feature on our instant messengers?

I just found it curious that a zombie has the coordination to go after a moving target and the cerebral function to grab hold of and bite into flesh but not able to put one leg in front of the other efficiently >_>

Well it probably doesn't help that if you take away the shambling, a zombie is pretty much just a HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE vampire that doesn't leave any leftovers. Gotta have something to make the difference seem more obvious. :I

Mixing this

and this

in the house was a bad idea.. It left the house smelling like a 10 dollar truck stop hooker.. Unfortunately, thanks to a friend, I know exactly what that smells like..

Okay... Too lazy to go back and find his post, but this is in response to Slip's reply to my post last night. (Sorry I took off, it was getting late and I had to work early this morning.)

Don't bother clicking the spoiler unless you're Slip, you like woodworking, or you're really bored!

Hey! I can't swim, either!

(Actually, let me rephrase. I can't float, and I can't swim above water while keeping my breath. I can swim underwater, but that's not going to save my life, now is it? :( )

I don't like swimming either, my body type means I sink very quickly lol so I have to swim furiously just to keep my head above water >_<

I don't know. I've just never found that point where my body is buoyant ABOVE the water. The only way I could ever get myself to float at the top of the water was the thing where you lay face-down, and again... That's not exactly going to save my life. :(

Probably a big factor is my body mass. 6' tall, 125 pounds (I lost 10 pounds just because I stopped working out ; ; ). Did a free health screening at work and they couldn't even determine my BMI.

Even if that's not it, I'm horrible at breathing steadily while I'm in the water, and since keeping air in your lungs is part of the trick, I just fail at it.

My wife claims she won't float, either..

Of course you're not going to float if you're panicking. Lay still and you'll float.

Swimming is the best! I can't go under without plugging my nose though, and I can't open my eyes underwater. ;; If you take a big gulp of air, won't it keep you guys afloat? Air in your belly makes you all buoyant and stuff! Unless you have loads of heavy muscle I suppose.

The air in your lungs thing is fun, I sometimes exhale as much as I can and sink like a tombstone to the bottom of the pool then walk along the bottom and pretend I'm on the moon >_>
