Drunk emotional women are easy for me to deal with. But then I feel bad cause I know most of the time I'm instantly friend-zoned. :D

This. I can't imagine playing ffxi without one since thats what i use to move around/lock/unlock on targets with my right hand. Left hand does all the macro pressing/tab stuff.
I cant imagine playing keyboard only without a numpad >.>

You could always attempt the opposite. As soon as they start talking to you, try to kiss them or something. If it doesn't work, you can always blame it on the alcohol.

I'd be willing to guess, though, it'll get you hit the majority of the time. Worked with my son's mom, though. <_< (I had no control over the situation though... I really DID have too much alcohol at the time.)
