(this class room was so messed up. we got in so much trouble all the time. the principal and counselor would come in for 30 minutes every hour to make sure we were being good little students).
We have to volunteer ourselves to answer math questions, instead of having the teacher ask us them. Something about showing willingness to participate. Anyway. Teacher: "What is (insert math problem here)? Student: (answers) Teacher: Good. Okay. What is (insert math problem here)? Whole class: ............. for several minutes Teacher: Come on guys.. My friend: Well, can you just give me a stupid question? Cause I'm easy. Whole class: LOL Finding dumb people aint hard at all. Finding rediculous dumb people (ie triangles have no sides) slightly harder but you wont have to look long. I blame the fact that to get thru highschool you really dont need to learn a damn thing. Good example so when I was taking the test for military aptitude(ASVAB) took it with some guy who had been living in mexico since he was 8. Had had no schooling since then cause he was playing soccer professionally somehow. As you might imagine his ability to read english was horrendous speaking it was somewhat difficult for him and he wasnt some crazy genuis person. He scored a 29 precentile... while someone else I knew who always lived in a american graduated highschool never been held back got a 21... This same dude who got a 21 we had to teach him how to tie his shoes...
