DD is fully DD focussed where as hybridg tries to keep a bit of utility and crow control around

Personally, I'm Hashishin Tayt +3 all the way. A minor MAB loss but you gain so much for it. Breaks down as:

Hashishin +3: INT+5 Macc+13 Blue Magic Skill +33 (a lot more Macc, even some SIRD), and an extra 1% chance of set proc. PLUS better defensive stats by Meva+33/DT-12%/MDB+2.

versus

Luhlaza +4:
VIT+11 MAB+7

I'll take my chances giving up 7 MAB, in exchange for all that skill/Macc to avoid resists, better ensure add. effects, and supplement my defensive stats.

I guess Entomb is the most significant possible outlier due to 80% VIT WSC mod (Subduction's 10% VIT/10% STR is too little for me to pay it much mind). But even in that case, I could see the argument to still go with the higher acc/skill option due to the spell's petrify effect.


So i did some quick and dirty testin and hare right outside of sandy

Entomb with relic +4 = 19050
Entomb with Emp+ +3 = 18697

So this is worstcase for emp+3 since we dont benefit at all from the macc
the spell that gets the most benefits from relic +4 due to strong Vit mod

The difference is 1.9%

i think just for the added defense alone ill stick wit emp+3
Instead im making a Vit nuke cape for entomb to make up for the loss.

i also makes me reconsider using gelatious ring (15vit) vs the standard nukes ring with 16 int and >11 macc

The above test was in standar nuke set. no entomb specific ring or neck

changing neck and ring gives entomb 19458
more than making up for the loss of max dmg in pants.

entomb neck only upgrade is 19381

For fun an giigles i bought the cape with wind elemental MAB to test on subduction vs Intbased ambuscade nuke cape.

I didn't note it down but the dmg was lower so I tossed it again

I'll drop some info with Vit nuking cape for entomb once I get one

Observations
- LL+4 pants are still the high raw dmg for entombe.
- gel ring becomes pretty close to just inventory -1
- Vit cape beats gel ring (Surprise...)
- quanpur neck is pretty awesome

my take away
- im dropping gelantious ring +1 from the entomb set and for the added macc on our bases nuke ring and to recover 1 inventory slots to make up for the vit cape
- im keeping my emp+3 pants for the added mac over the LL+4 pants
getting the emp proc and the lowered resits is probably more worth it

The 36k numbers are +3 set proc and the 20k numbers are the relic leg proc.
