anyways here is a SS of our drops, only beaded matamata so we didnt have to deal with him, but at the end we wished we didnt we killed tojil with 5 min left in zone, then we got the usuall 5 min time reset after...lol

We might be the worst NA serverin ffxi. Its sad when JPs do pugs and get wins and unless you know some of them you wont get in a run. Most of our DD run with the JP pugs and have all won a few times. But was nice to do wiyh all NA this time. Our LS has been close everytime but d/c on brd swaps,ppl falling asleep, ppl afking ruining runs has been a killer for us. We usually have to shout for geos, cors, whms every run so theres only a constant 12ppl from ls. But after a month of shouting we got fed up bcuz the NAs wouldnt even wanna try Tojil we said f it and grab a few friends, show them the outside nms, then restart the learning process for them. Didnt take long for them good thing, 1st Practice run was a 2,5 win.
Clearly you guys haven't heard of Valefor when you say you're the worst NA server in FFXI.
Siren is unquestionably one of the top 5 worst servers for NA population. Get around 900ish people on during NA primetime and as bad as 600ish people on during the days when 14 Beta was available. Part of the reason it took so long for this server to get its first NA Tojil win is cause most of the competent NA players have long since transferred out of there lol.
The main thing that makes Sirens NAs so bad is that the good players dont work together. You got our LS that we dont have alot of whms i think 1 and a career war that turned whm to do delves. And when you ask a few good players to jump in take their spot, you get a reply of, "sry cant my LS leader said he will kick me if i go with you guys."
We finally just had to get career dds to become mages,geos, do magians staffs, get gear and stay awake on runs to win. Damn thing shoulda been dead a month ago but ppl got burned out on having 12ppl rdy and shouting for 6 pickups. Would take us a good 5hrs to fill those spots everynight.
The main thing that got us the win was sacrafices. Not taru even though noxzema did alot of that for us on raptor. It was job sacrifices. Ppl giving up career jobs to switch for jobs we needed. A good drg to a whm, a war to whm, a mnk to cor, a 99anni rng to geo, a aegis pld to geo, a 99mandau thf to mnk, a dd to brd, a 99kannagi to rdm, an ochain/aegis pld to sch. Those ppl made decisions to help the group and it did. Now after delve is over their main job is reaping the rewards.

This is pretty true, it's super hard finding decent English people. You might as well turn to the JP on this server.
Bored, who really plays 'career' jobs anymore? Anyone who doesn't come to an LS with a decent selection of well equipped jobs doesn't bring much to the table
Maybe i should rephrase career jobs to non aby burnt jobs or favorite jobs. Career jobs do bring a lot to the table they unlike burnt jobs they are mastered, skilled, and understand their limits.
Sad when you use your non-main jobs to gear up your career job when your career is absolutely useless in all end game content. What's the point of having half the jobs in the game when those jobs are completely useless. Seriously SE, we need more options and balance >.>.
