[A vs B] A wins by 2.6%
[C vs B] C wins by 3.7%
[A vs C] C wins by 1.1%
switching to QA2 is debatable since its 1.1% increase, and Sid you do have a point there yet can be argued in capped buffs situations.
By using Sim DA5 sets for Rho [perfect augments] and switching Belt/neck like the others:
---------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------D-----------------------------
Simulated Average: rhongomiant 4533.65 (WS : 16348.46 )
AA Percent: 0.43 WS Percent: 0.57
ItemSet 354261
//10 STR 25 AccAtk DA5 Body// 10 STR 25 AccAtk DA5 Legs//
I guess the whole issue was switching neck/belt and thats were the whole confusion came from between all of us.
Because Perfect Rho Set "D" wins Trish perfect set "B" by 4.9% once you do the switch.
