Finally getting around to Crystal Petrifacts.
Cobalt Cell use is obvious - going from 414% to 550% gives an extra item per kill, we need 297 petrifacts, blah blah blah.
(BG wiki's item page for Crystal Petrifact says "Raising your blue spectral alignment will increase the drop rate." but I think that means "because there are more items in the chest", unless they work differently from every other item?)
But how about Rubicund Cell? Red affects "reward quality". Sure, I'll get more pulse weapons (haha.) but what about specifically Crystal Petrifacts?

i dont think monstrosity counts as i have 99.9% of monstrosirty done only missing spriggan and it didnt help at all for mastery rank to upp it to level 9 im still stuck @ 8

much like it does not help to flap your wings really fast when you fall out of an aircraft

the 2 nm titels are sandworm and the other one with it. xichecklist theres more completed in missions but xichceklist wants me to redo them and they are already in my log as completed in game. master trials not gonna get them since 2 of them are the very hard ones that hardly anyone has beaten. and yes aminion title i am missing since i dont have a sortie group or experience trying it already have stage 4 gun and stage 3 horn so i do have experience other than aminion. im just going off of seeing others with lower completion getting rank 9 and wondering what im really missing

You did say you are missing fishing so that's a good place to start. Also, Eiryl said Campaign Ops, but I would stop after 20-30 of them of them. Also, I personally don't belive claims slips matters at all. (It's just seems antithetical to playing the game with progression in mind). This is because you have some omissions that I suspect you cannot reach 9 until you complete one or more of these categories, perhaps? I'll try to break down how I would tackle this, but I may be wrong. I don't work for SE. Here it goes:

I mean, yeah, it's only a 1/3 to 1/6 shot at the tier 3s right away on the first pop, and if you grind it all out at once you can cover every zone in a short interval so you actually do have a relatively easy job of it... but also, who on earth wants to upgrade that many colorless abyssites back to back to back?! edit: Mog Garden titles - missing 20 feels a lot more reasonable than you think: 3: 1,000 furrows/mines/trees (because you hit rank 7 and stopped) 6: 500/1000 daily entries/pond/ocean (because they're one per day) 3: 10/100/1000 monster rearing kills (because it makes you sad - I am only half joking because I know multiple people who only send monsters home and will never have those titles) 2: 500/1000 monster rearing monsters raised (because you're targeting mementoes and it's most efficient to have four going at once rather than a treadmill of new monsters if you weren't targeting these titles) 1: 1000 monster rearing interactions (again, targeting mementoes - this'll take over a year if you aren't treadmilling it because you start only getting 1 or 2 a day because you start at rank 1) That's 15 missing right there. If they don't have the tiers below that (100 monsters raised/500 interactions?) you can at least approach 20. It's still a few off of what I'd expect from a rank 8 (because I expect rank 7 everything which should cover everything but the above list) - but it's not totally insane. e2: missing from Felgar's list, you're at 3/13 Emporox? Mellidopt Wing/Pulchridopt Wing drop like candy from the Adoulin Dial and Battlefield Spoils campaigns without actually doing Skirmish. Airlixir +1 is on the AH. Ancient Beastcoin is on the Curio Vendor Moogle. Without deliberately farming Meeble Burrows/Einherjar/Legion/Voidwatch you can still get to 7. So much lower titles and score than mine, but Falgarr has more ML's and Monstrosity. Confirming he doesn't have craft shield ?
 Adumbration Disperser ranked me up. I still haven't got all the Skirmish titles. edit: oh, /playtime is 131 days 22 hours, so there's not a hard gate on 7 any higher than that

No, I don't have a crafting shield because I'm paralyzed by the indecision of choosing a craft to 110. I also said in my original post that I chose this specific path to Rank 9 to identify which points would allow or prevent me from reaching Rank 9. Now, we have data to show that: missing some spells, warps, crafting shield, even a 110 craft, most of MMM, missing 1/3rd of Monster Rearing Mementos...and you can still reach Rank 9. With this information available, and knowing your checklist score, you are in a very unique position. You can choose to follow the list of items I gave you above OR ....You might be able to tell us that if you do 1 Master Trial, that might be a minimum requirement for getting to Rank 9? Of course Scratch, if someone else has gotten Rank 9 with No Shield and No Master Trial, you can disregard this suggestion and proceed however your heart desires. But...if someone did reach Rank 9 with no shield and no Master Trials, I'd like to see their Checklist score! |
