Askar body is terrible for every job except drg. The only samurai using askar body should be an amano sam.

edit: I'm fully aware askar body is "not complete trash" for situations where you're capped acc(nyzul mobs etc?), but why gear/care about situations like that really? @_@ Seems like a waste, hauby +1 is nice enough anyways.

im more fond of DA so i use pole grip
but i have rose strap still

but for soloing and FoV i use platinum grip +1
which has acc+3 on it to help out a bit

almost every time i use askar body i use platinum grip, cause of the lack of acc

i actually really love the stun effect for alot of things
back when i did ZNM it was amazing, ive used it a bit in salvage as well and vs poroggo madame it has saved me so much lol

honestly it depends on your job/subjob combination

if your /drg or /dnc you already have a natural accuracy bonus so youd be on par with haubergeon

then you add on DA and you have odds to reach 100tp faster than you would in a haubergeon >.>

The only time I see Askar body being an issue is if:

You've got a V.belt over Swift
Can't afford PCC/Don't have Justice torque
Don't have Bushinomimi
Are eating meat
Are fighting a boss/higher level mob

Otherwise there's still plenty of ways to get accuracy without hurting your haste, primarily: Pizza <3

Well yeah, but most don't have 2.5m lying around in their pockets =/

Askar is a cheap solution to a 6 hit build and gives tasty atk & DA as well. If you're in a situation where accuracy is a must, you're probably going to be sacrificing alot more than your body piece to make contact; thus affecting haste.

Didn't say Askar was better than hauby, Just saying it's a decent makeshift solution to a 6 hit build without having to pay for top quality right away. Accuracy can be made up for in many ways other than your body slot.
