I probably drink it once or twice a year on average 'cause everyone else hates water, so sometimes it's the only thing to drink. Also, some places sell water for ridiculous prices, yet they'll sell soda for like $1 per liter, but I usually get juice/tea in that case. lol It will mess with you if you go a while with out drinking it then go back... our bodys suck that way when it comes to processing stuff :P

You can become lactose intolorent the same way... Anything really bad for us, such as fast food, can do the same thing. It's not something to be paranoid over just if you switch up your diet and are feeling sick at first that is most likely the reason. I did have some really bad cravings when I tried to go vegan for a year though. :s I also suddenly developed allergies to certain foods that I wasn't allergic to before, mostly fruits. I was told it could be pesticide/chemical related.
