Drinking water always seems to help with my headaches. :o Then again, they're all hangovers so maybe that doesn't count. :X

Someone I used to play FFXI with a long time ago put irl after EVERYTHING. And I still do it sometimes lol

Have you been drinking enough? Not alcohol that is, most of the time headaches are because we are getting a bit dehydrated. If you've had the weather jumping around at all that can cause it too (thats been doing me in the last couple days >.>).

I know why I have a headache and it has nothing to do with alcohol and I drink plenty of water (can ask LS i have to go wc every 10 mins it seems cause I drink so much.)

I'm good without it if I have a book to read or something to distract me.. but after awhile I get cranky. I miss it when I don't have it and when I do I don't do much on it. bleh

I was in the middle of reading the sword of truth series, but there are just so many books, and they are all like 800-1000pages =/
