You can get ring-worm at the gym from just using the equipment, and towels really can spread it fast. I just bring a blow-dryer with me for my arm-pits/grown/feet. Just to avoid transferring anything around!

I believe that shower shoes are probs the best to decrease your risk infection, but I can see how a blow-dryer would be useful.
Best advice is to wash or sanitize hands, wipe equipment before (and hopefully after) using them, and lastly I've heard that sitting on towels when you are in a sauna or on a bench also works.
Anyone following an exercise pattern this summer?
I'm planning to cut some more before I begin bulking again this winter. @@;

So like whether it be in the showers, on the equipment, or some guy you shake hands/bump into. It just prevents you transferring it to/from the prone areas after you shower.
I dunno ever since I got it I'm just super paranoid about my socks and towels now lol. I even take a "bleach bath" every two weeks as a safety pre-caution.

Sometimes- I've been getting better at cooking more often. I just moved into a new apartment which has a nice kitchen so I plan on cooking a bit more.

Speaking of changing eating patterns, just found out I can't eat gluten :( well I can if I wanna feel terrible for a couple days. Anyone know some yummy gluten-free dishes? So many GF foods are... terrible haha.

Tonberry Knights is doing Cactaur for the ßeta and then Excalibur on launch, I think.

On my last flight, we had such severe turbulence that the plane was bucking up and falling more than 10' at a time. Felt like riding a roller coaster! I wasn't too worried until the lady behind me started crying, which made me start to get nervous too. :< Turned out fine in the end at least!

I've flown quite a bit and that's only ever happened once. :o Even then it wasn't even a threat unless you were wearing white in the lav. XD

Thanks, I had some pretty awful luck with my flights though. x.x I'll copy and paste from facebook whenever I unpack my laptop. XD I have to go pick up some delayed baggage first though. ; ; And my US driver's license expired so my parents have to take me. -.-
