I started to become more engaged with my works project.

It is not a big deal, just a traditional backend with some business logic.

It is not even a technologies Im looking forward to work in the future: just python with Fastapi.

But it is a major opportunity because I basically lead a small outsourced team, the original developer doesnt want to get involved with programming tasks and we are planning to basically rewrite the entire application.

I suppose very few developers have a chance to basically write an entire company program, making most decisions, without being the owner, and still bring paid for it.

It is a golden chance to finally mature my skills with a "real world" project with the most autonomy and a previous version I can use as a reference.

This morning I spend just learning about Fastapi.

Reset did give 5 new dailies, so good there, and its 80 points today as well. By my math you can get a total of 1390 points this round, assuming every reset is 80 points. That gives you 190 points of wiggle room from gold tier, so don't remove too many dailies :x

They auto accept if it wasn't clear to most people
Clicking while viewing brings up the remove button
Can easily be accidentally hit, just while viewing

People wanted to cancel them because you could only receive a set number of them at a time and getting 'stuck' on one that you didn't want to do cost you a slot. Being allowed to cancel them gives you more flexibility over which objectives you want to take on.

Adding a menu to reactivate them would be non-trivial, based on my understanding of how it's set up. Keep in mind this game doesn't use a modern engine, they're building it in VS6 using bespoke code from 2001.

I'm a returner who's only been back for 2 rounds of VB, so also sorry I missed all your complaints about cancelling them!!!!

Would also note that it probably wouldn't have killed them to copy paste the code one more time to allow players to re-accept them if accidentally removed.

Assuming of course it doesn't break everything trying to re-add them after removal.

And don't stay on cancelled for the rest of the event...

I think my point still stands that this is unintuitive and punishing to players. Sure I admit that I didn't read it either, but every other RoE menu you spam accept and move on with your life.

Yeah I don't think the popup text had time to appear before I pushed GO and onto the next, the same with all other RoEs. Why would it be different?

You mean you don't rapidly click through all the other RoE objectives accepting them? Why would the assumption be that this menu may be different from the rest? What is the feature design of removing them? Come on you can do better.

Apparently you can "remove" VB objectives, but cannot re-add them.

Why this feature exists is beyond my understanding.

Just clicked through them thinking we had to accept like any other ROE.

I'm also unable to complete any of these VB ROEs. I had Rov 1/3 autocomplete when the event started but have been unable to get credit otherwise. Have tried full shutdown with no luck.
