wow like 8 hours (hour break) of playing from scratch and im at lvl 16 thf, with about 80k and a rabbit charm thing. defintely picked the right time to level though with the kupo powers and all. need to research everything all over again though in some aspects, like for instance i cant find the OP warp guy in sandy, they moved him.
some other odds and ends i cant recall offhand that are a little strange.

What server are you rocking on? Make sure you get Trust NPCs, makes exping a breeze.

NPC you can party with. If you're starting in Sandy you can get Excenmille, Curilla and Trion I think.

You can easily skip your subjob quest until you feel comfortable soloing it.
My first mule didn't do it til level 40 because of level sync parties in the mines by konschtat highlands God damn it's hot outside. I should move to a glacier somewhere
