This isn't a jab at you, but it's better to avoid making assumptions when you don't know enough rather than the other way around or you will end up making some bad decisions.
Anyway, I don't have a problem with her gender at all and I want to quash any idea that my decision was based on that right now.
I have a problem with the fact that she thought it was ok to lie to me, promise to stop, then continue to do so. You cannot justify that. I don't care who you are, where you're from or what your gender is, there is no justification for lieing to someone who trusts you after promising not to. That's like saying to your partner "hey I lied about cheating on you but I promise not to do it again" earning their trust back then doing it again and expecting to be forgiven again. It's the principal of honesty and respect, not the situation, the principle.
I apologize for making assumptions, but as I said everything you remarked about made it sound like you couldn't be friends with her because she lied about her birth-certificate gender.
In principle, if she said she'd stop lying to you, she should stop lying to you. In practice, sometimes that's not an option. As much as I'd like to say you should always tell the truth, that's not true, lol. I don't know what she lied to you about, so I cannot judge whether or not who was in the wrong. I'm sure both of you handled the situation wrongly in some form or another, but I was mad because I felt like you hurt your friend. Of course if you cheated on your partner and promised not to do it again, you better not. But I don't know the situation where she lied, so I'm still not convinced she was truly in the wrong.
tl;dr: ***is situational, and I'm not getting the situation.

Do you ever feel comfortable knowing that kind of thing is local? ._.
No... but it's usually female joggers. I figure as long as I don't jog or stay outside near a lake for any significant amount of time I should be fine. :x

Ahh I live in a small Seaside town so I could'nt empathise, although, I've strangled by strangers a few times, although one time it was new years eve and the guy who did just had his house trashed by someone D:
Anyway, if anything bad happens give this guy a call!
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
