In all seriousness, evolution takes hold and sprouts another head to the "world's problems". It wouldn't solve anything. History tends to repeat itself. Only way move forward is to learn from our mistakes and make changes. Then again he was just talking about job applications, this went too srs here. O_O

Funny story, I did some support work for my old man at his government job setting up machines and scanning them for vulnerabilities and patching them.

I came up with a way to do it faster and when I hooked it up they reprimanded me. The reasoning was, "If you work too fast they will think we need more work. Then we would really have to do our jobs."

:< Companies are always telling workers to do it their way. No matter the reasoning! Even if it's more efficient in every way. Doesn't matter.

Me: "It's really not logical to do this, especially in the given order we are told to do it in."

Boss: "I agree but it doesn't matter. This is the way the company does it. It has been working for the company, so we need to do it their way."

I have a meeting with my advisor for my senior thesis today and haven't touched a single book or paper in 2 weeks. Someone halp.

It's also a computer company that makes computers that change bios settings out of nowhere and disables drives when it feels like it and consumed a day of my time before one of the senior techs took it and it took a week for him to get it to work.

3 days later it was back having *** up its bios again.

I normally am a very cool person but today im stressed, I feel like I have zero energy to do anything...

1. My co-worker got his foot injured and took 2 weeks out of medical license. We were working together in a long work, and now I find myself doing a job of 2;

2. But he also had another job alone. And I was his replacement;

3. Not enough, my boss keep calling to explain a work I did in may, that I just cant hear anymore;

4. The deadline of my current work is coming closer and Im with my hands full;

5. And I was already assigned for my next work;

6. I have been bringing work to home, I spent last week just working after my turn. And this holyday+weekend wasnt that much diferent;

7. Im also having trouble with my Cintiq tablet that I brought long ago just to find the seller didnt send the ac/dc adapter. And I had the misfortune to discover a Cintiq 24HD is the most troublesome tablet in the world in Brasil. I cant find for ***any adapter here. I will need to import it, and pay high for that... Why does it need to have the exotic 4 pins 24V adapter? Why not using the usual notebook adapter? Im about to burn this tablet because Im too stressed.

At least today I pulled 3 5* in FFRK. Something good, but Im too tired, I need my coke right nao!
