Doesn't make sense to me when there are so many reader sites they can use, or why they care enough to ruin the image with huge annoying watermarks when they know they'll be stolen by reader sites. It's inevitable that a reader site will upload it, it sucks that they make money off someone's release but it's been happening for years and it's likely not gonna change lol, just ruins it for the readers

I sometimes see it with others too, in The Ancient Magus bride scans i read, they use artwork with like the scanners name and stuff, and its like 1 page. That kind og thing i have no qualm with. Its like with the fan art they arent even promoting the artists who drew them =-=

I just fought the most pissed off Sarama ever, soon as we pop he chainspells, then repeatedly chainspells, spams GoH then chainspells again. I'm never gonna get that damn sword.

If they just do a single page with credits I don't mind at all, just don't put huge *** watermarks everywhere (A-Team did this, at one point it was *** all over the page because they're immature ***) It's fine if the watermark is small and not in a panel A-Team couldn't handle that their chapters were being uploaded somewhere else so they put the most obnoxious watermarks all over  This is the least terrible one too I've read a whole series with watermarks like that to be honest, noone else was doing scans of it sadly.
I honestly don't know a lot about scan groups sadly, i never have. I just read. And i do occasionally dable on importing the original mangas. I was thinking on Importing all of Shoulder a Coffin kuro (One of my favorite manga's) from Japan all in Japanese. Surprisingly this is the only manga series i brought in it's entirety in hard copies. Not read a single page of it online ^^; But thats something different. Serious question, how much manga do people buy on here anyways? I have a decent amount but the stuff I read is mostly unlicensed
Or Korean and free so you just have to go over to the Korean site and give it a like
I feel like im fortunate in that, where i live, theres lots of Otaku and such. I can genuinely walk into a normal bookstore and buy manga.
It's not uncommon to see Cosplay either.

We have Science Fiction Bokhandeln here where most people buy manga/anime/boardgames/tabletop RPG/fantasy books in Swedish or English/blurays/merchandise etc It's always packed with people  They have manga in both Swedish and English (much more in English) |
