Anyone who ever mentions being chipped. Remind them they aren't important enough to give a free chip to. They willingly pay to have a chip track them already.
If you already give someone hundreds of dollars a month for the purpose of tracking you, why would they give it to you for free. First ep of Falcon and the Winter Soldier was totally different (better) than I expected. Trailer was like "this is rush hour". Totally not.

Unless you also wipe out the conditions that supported the original amount of life in the first place, a sizable portion of all species will recover back to their original number in a relatively short amount of time. If we're looking at humans, it would only set us back to the population we had ~50 years ago.
Unless he planned on snapping more than once and at regular intervals, it was a short-term "solution" at best.

Only the intelligent species would think twice about what happened (for obvious reasons) so it wouldn't really affect everything else in the long term. Even the vast majority of intelligent species might not take anything away from it, as how many of them would even know what happened? Poof, half of them are gone, no explanation. It's not like that is going to trigger some immediate realization of the purpose behind it and cause them to conclude that their new population number is some kind of hard cap that must be preserved at all costs, especially given that only a percentage of them would have even hit the point where limited resources were a concern in the first place.

BUT... Thanos's plan was to impress Death. He was in love with Death and Mephisto talked him into taking out 50%. Also, Adam Warlock better be in Guardians 3 GD IT.
