It was an important thing because if I had one apartment in that location, I would be willing to work for more 18 months.

Without a new place, august Im visiting Maringa, and finally look for a place in a market that favors the buyers and not the sellers.

And buying the apartment in Maringa, starting 2027 I will take a non-paid leave of my current work, to test waters, to see if I can live with my investments alone.

But hey stonks went up 3% in anticipation that everyone will calm down and move to digital because they're all addicted to Playstation.

Well, I managed to be faster than competition, and got the contract signed in just a few hours.

With that, I extended my current job for one extra year. Just starting 2028 I will search a home to actually buy in Maringa.

The apartment is really small, but it gives me a lot of time: 10 minutes walking distance to work, a net gain of 40minutes per day, or 2h per week wasted on transfer.

Plus saves me more 1h20 I would waste going to gym 2 times a week, as there is gym in the place.

More 2h to practice sports, as there is a sport court in the place too.

So, I will have extra 5h per week and that will translate in more shitposting here, for you delight.

Now I can keep those triple posts that you guys love coming more frequently.

Maybe even the legendary quad-post?
