download the program (for the operating system you use, most likely Windows), download the extension pack.
install the program. install a guest operating system (will need to get one or download one, Ubuntu is easy to get and free) you don't need to install the extensions, but it adds functionality. would have to play with the settings, but then you can browse in a virtual machine, and not worry about infecting your main machine. You can set it up to only use 1 cpu core, and like 1gb of ram, or since it's linux you could probably get away with 512, depending on what you're doing but I'd go for 1gb unless you're at under 4. well if you managed to figure Windower out you won't be too bad off, imo. Oh as a note, on some systems virtualbox can cause a glitch with the network adapter, not sure the exact reasoning, but I had to remove it form my Gf's laptop so I could play XI on it when trying to get her to play >.>
