Thanks. Though I have no way of actually finding out hence "possibly sprained" lol, but it hurts like ***. Not sure how I'm gonna go out and get something to eat in the morning if it's still feeling like this
nah don't have any ice. Had a wrap thing but I wrapped it way too tight today, woke up from my nap with a blue foot lol and hurt like hell so I pretty much destroyed it trying to get it off as quickly as possible
Well, I still let stuff slide and I have "breaks" in it. The thing is, I'm trying to get away from dieting and make a permanent life choice. Which means, if I fall off the horse, my job is to get right back on it. I've been doing that and exercise for over a month now, and I just need to keep going.

***man, you might need to see a doc somehow. Foot stuff can get serious quick. Might take some more debts, but you can't get another foot.

And play FFXI with us :D
I would, but I need to buckle down, man. This is the last semester of full-blown classes at ASU, then one full year of "teaching candidacy". I just have to stay the course. Plus, I'm already 6 books down from the 21 I need to have done before the semester's over.

If it gets to that point, I might have to, but definitely not something I'm going to jump the gun on. Don't need to take on any unwanted expenses right now
I've done it before. I had a bike with only one pedal, but it's not something I'd be able to hold for long distances, such as school (29 mile round trip)

Unwanted expense could become life draining expense. I don't like to jump the gun on medical stuff either, but last time I hurt one of my feet, I got a small small cut acoss the top of one. Two days later it has Sepsis, and I don't go around barefoot or anything. I almost lost that foot. Had to go on an antiobiotic regimen and put meat tenderizer on it every night to leech puss and ***out of it. It was swollen and purple for like 3 weeks. Was a total ***. I also soaked it every night in hot water with Epsom Salts. That was the best time of the day. Swelling went down and it felt great.

You should really ice it up if it's swollen. Obviously a real sprain (especially if it's your first time) will take a long while to heal but just a strain/pull won't be so bad. A small fracture will cause swelling, too, but you can't know without an X-ray for that (just by palpation.)
If you can't get access to a corner store bag of ice, just put a regular water-tight bag (like a doubled-sandwich bag or freezer bag of water) in the freezer then use it as an ice pack later (maybe make a few extras for later also.) :/ Keeping the swelling down will help aid in recovery.
Don't ice it non-stop (due to constriction of bloodflow) but applying it in intervals helps.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
