Dyna-D campaign only applies to the instance, not the shared area, correct? Theres nothing mentioned in the campaigns page but I'm pretty sure I remember reading something like that?

I can't recall them ever saying that, for what it's worth. Moreover, the double value from squadron enemies for +3 unlocks seems tailor made for the shared area.
