He's not contradicting himself... Look at the references at the end of the wiki, and you'll see that they reference books.

Wikipedia's editorial process is about as robust as you could possibly hope for, and it's consistently as accurate a source as any print encyclopedia.

You shouldn't rely on it as a primary source, but all that means is that you ought to use it for its intended purpose.

Not to mention the fact that slamming Wikipedia as an unreliable source only works if you can actually point out problems with the pages that were linked.

Brother, wikipedia is not the bathroom stall no matter how silly a luddite your gen-ed humanities TA was being when he told you it was.

It is an encylopedia. The reason it works despite being so accessible to edit (and the reason why the hand-wringing during my MLS in '07 was so unfounded) is that at the end of the day if you have your sources it is not difficult to competently write an encyclopedia entry. I have no problem with educators trying to downplay its effectiveness in an effort to combat what they see as an inappropriate reliance on it by their students, that's totes fair, but all they need to say is, "You will not cite the Britannica in this class, and you won't cite Wikipedia, either."

Maybe SE just evening the price, 1 more opening day mean about 12% more minnows/days so watch thoise fish price drop by like 12%.

interesting opinion, but i think many people are assuming its going to be completely nerfed like 1k or below for haks...

That sucks...your server must be worst off, only a handful of NAs running around with mythics on Fenrir and most of them are from elite Linkshells.
