Typing a word into Item Search and clicking Go displays a blank page with “Application error”

I was greeted by a 500 internal server error for the past ~18 hours. Now gone after deleting cookies.
Site was down for a while, try again today.
Same problems still problems u_u
Application errors and can't load for whatever reason It’s probably the same root cause so I suspect fixing one will fix all, but just in case I’ll mention that clicking edit on any item sets also throws an application error. Item search gives an application error, but player search is working fine.

Still seeing a lot of ah activity missing.
Shopping List page seems to be throwing an application error as well

Yea, something's definitely wrong here. I can get in via incognito, but without it kicks back a 500 on every try.

I blew out site data (dev tools) but apparently Chromium has some sticky residual HSTS info dropped in somewhere that wouldn't get cleared normally.
Went to chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=ffxiah, clicked the Trash from there to drop. All is back up.

Cleared both cookies + cache, still getting application error when trying to edit sets.

I'm also getting "Application error" on Shopping, Wanted, and Bazaar

The latest forum topics list lists people under "last poster" that aren't always the most recent post when I open the thread.
If the poster deletes it still shows the name
Not a new issue, always that way The application error on the shopping tab is a real inconvenience if there's any word on that

Is there any solution to get the shopping tab working again?
All my jobs 99 but site showing them as 63. Plus none of my bazaar items are showing.

..and then it stays there for 16 hours and people send you tells long after it's gone that doesn't seem to happen reliably any time i have tried/tested
The character has to use guildwork and they have to be functional on guildwork. Which eliminates a significant portion.
I think anyway. It seems to work based on hopes and dreams. I'm getting the Application error when I try to check my inbox messages, even after deleting cookies or trying a different browser.
I dare say that issue (and the same happening when you use the item search function) is not connected to cookies at all since I'm getting those errors in a sandbox environment as well.
It's probably something that has to be solved server-side not on our end. |
